ABSOLUTELY SHIT CUSTOMER SERVICE with corroded products.

They should be shut down! Health & Safety is clearly not a priority. They sent me 2 corroded products + corroded batteries.
- I selected the no packaging option so they would've seen the issues.

I emailed to notify them and NEVER heard back. They have even blocked my email address. I also contacted them through their website. Again, no reply. I have tried to contact them 4 times in total. So not needy baby, greedy baby.

I cannot stress to you enough to not support this business. I tried to support local and it has been a costly mistake.

SCAM!

Item broke straight away, went to call them, number is disconnected, went to email support, email bounced, filled out their web form, no response. Great business model to make money unethically because there is no way of contacting them, then I see it’s been happening since 2022. I have reported it to the commerce commission so hopefully it doesn’t keep happening to others.

Bounces back phone number doesn’t work

Product was faulty same problem no contact . Ph sounded.disconected . I was wondering if they should be reported as was just money down the drain.

Sent completely incorrect product. Email doesn’t work to email them, phone number doesn’t work. Seems there are lots of bad reviews all over the internet. Might be an email heading to Fair Go.

Received a faulty product. Tried to email and email is dead, phone number is dead, managed to find a contact submission form on their website but no response, wasted $50 so I'm tempted to take them to small claims court out of curiosity.

Do not buy from this company. Product was faulty and both email address and phone numbers for product faults are not registered for enquiring for a refund. Complete scam so do not engage with them.

Complete scam. Exactly the same rip off experience as everyone else. Sent faulty product, with corroded batteries. I went out and bought new ones but product still didn't work. Tried to contact them on all email, even replied to their emails but all bounced back, phone number is not connecte, o line enquiry form also but no response from them at all.

I've had problems in the past with receiving the wrong product, and receiving no response from the company. This time the small disc batteries supplied for BOTH products bought showed signs of corrosion and are unusable. I've had no response to my email - all I want is replacement batteries! Not buying from Cinder again.

If I could give zero stars I would. This company has not responded to my multiple requests for a replacement after they sent me a faulty product. They also have no contactable phone number. TERRIBLE it has caused me so much stress.

I bought off of this company and was sent a product that didn't work. I sent an email and then a follow email but no response. Called the number on the website but it isn't in active use. I do not recommend purchasing from this company as if you are sent a faulty item they do not respond. Even though they clearly outline on their website if you get sent a faulty item, they will follow it up, which is untrue.

Bought a Sqweel off them. Arrived OK but failed in a short time. No response to emails and phone disconnected.

ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS, THE SENT THE PARCEL TO THE WRONG ADRESS AND WONT GIVE A REFUND NO WAY OF RECOVERING, THE DONT ANSWER EMAILS IT CALLS DONT BUY FROM THEM.

Beware this business is a SCAM.

I bought and was sent a product and it didn’t work - when I contacted them to rectify this or get a refund they never responded. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Horrible. I ordered this cheap wand and it was 36 dollars where as it was 15 on atms and when i tried to refund it they replied days later confirming it. But it has been over a month and i still have not got my refund. I have emailed several times and they have not responded at all. Not worth it, buy from adult toy mega store it’s way cheaper and takes 1-2 days to be delivered.

Do not purchase anything from this website. I did not receive a refund when I cancelled my order.

Bought from them a couple of times female sex toys. Always had good experience, and I love the free gift as well. Also, when you subscribe they'll send you really funny stuff sometimes, defintely worth it.
