Quick response, very helpful & polite.
I use the cinema society all the time to save money on my tickets at Vue and can’t fault the service! I bought 4 codes yesterday and due to the cinemas website having issues, I couldn’t use the codes and wasn’t sure it would be resolved in time for my movie. The customer service team couldn’t have been more helpful and super quick with resolving my issue and refunding me. Really happy with the service and will continue to purchase codes from them in future :)

Bought cinema tickets however the actual cinema website was down so I could not redeem them. But TCS responded within minutes and resolved my issue without any delay! Definitely recommend again. Happy with the services they provide.

Not worth using this
Not worth using this. Bought 2 voucher codes at £8.60 each. When I then went to book the film online at Odeon, it charged me £5.00 extra for each ticket so I'm actually paying £13.60 for each ticket. Does not seem to be saving money at all.

Hi Laura, we're sorry to hear you didn't feel you had a good experience. However please bear in mind that our savings are for standard screenings and seating, it seems you may have paid an uplift on the cinemas website for either luxury seating, larger screen etc. This, as well as the booking fee per ticket (for any online bookings on the cinema website) will always increase the overall cost.

Not a saving
Vue tickets via The CSC were the same price (after the saving) as on the Vue website, so just a fake discount.
They claimed that the venue price was £11.99 when actually the most expensive seat in Vue was £9.99.
DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME LIKE I DID.

As a big lover of the cinema, every time I watch a movie Cinema Society is my go to.
Prices are much cheaper than what you pay without an codes are sent instantly.
Only drawbacks are lack of cinema choice (Everyman would be nice to see) and I haven't figured out how to upgrade from a standard to Standard+ seat at Odeon because my local is upgrading all the seats which means I can only use the first 3 rows in most auditoriums.
All in all a great site.

Hi David, sorry to hear you feel you've been scammed. If there is no saving currently available on our vouchers at a particular cinema, we are completely transparent and we will let you know on our website before purchasing, and have a Price Guarantee in place so you're completely covered.
Please bear in mind in your instance, it appears you were paying an upgrade fee on the cinema website for a special type of screening (which isn't the standard screening type). Our vouchers allow access to any standard 2D films. For any premium formats (larger screens, premium seating etc) an upgrade fee is required, and this is what it seems you were paying here.

Always saves me money
I've been buying cinema tickets for about 4 years. Never had an issue. Buying tickets for 2 adults and 2 teens and I always save at least £10. Amazing service.

Overly complicated labyrinthine buying process. I have twice bought tickets via the Cinema Society codes on the cinema's website and been charged full price by the cinema AND cut-price by the Cinema Society. No way of getting the money back.
