Can you improve the instructions
Can you improve the instructions on how to redeem the vouchers on line with Cineworld?
I used the first voucher and thought you redeemed one at a time. I found that it would not allow me to separately redeem another for the same time and seats. I then cancelled the booking and now knowing you have to use both vouchers or more at the same time, tried to make my booking for 2. The site then said the one voucher had already been redeemed. It was a mess. At the cinema, the manager had to sort it out.

Fantastic service
Fantastic service. I accidentally booked the wrong time with my vouchers and had to cancel the booking. This then showed the vouchers as redeemed. I contacted TCS and they came back to me straight away and I was able to get new vouchers within the hour to book the correct time.

Great discounts
I’ve been a member if The Cinema Society Club for a few years and always find that they can offer tickets at a good discount, sometimes better than they advertise. Yesterday I received 50% off. Sometimes, with some cinemas having multiple pricing structures for different cinemas and seats, it can take a bit of time to work out if TCSC code is valid, but I’ve always found them to be successful.

Cost more that if I booked with Odeon…
Purchase made for 2 tickets at Odeon for me and my daughter. Total cost for 1x adult and 1 child ended up costing £42+. It would have cost £35 if I booked directly with Odeon….complete joke.

I get tickets from the cinema society on a regular basis. Their site is easy to use and prices are very good. I would like to thank them for making cinema a special place to go without breaking the bank.

Super savings
I have utilised the discounts available through The Cinema Society Club for several years. All my experiences have been positive. No negative transactions. The website is easy to navigate and there are plenty of options available. The savings are so helpful in supporting our social activities, and our love of movies. Who doesn't like a genuine discount?! So lovely to be able to enjoy films, and in turn support the cinema industry by visiting our local screenings. Have directed friends and family to The Cinema Society, and they are equally happy with their discounts and service.

Excellent value for money
We love going to the cinema as a couple, with family or friends. We enjoy watching films on the big screen especially action movies. Getting reduced tickets via The Cinema Society Club is a must as an adult ticket where we live is almost £15! With Cinema Society savings we pay £8.94 and kids tickets are even better value for money. Our local is Showcase so It means we can go to the cinema more often thanks to an Employee benefit, thank you! I don’t understand some of the negative reviews on here, we have never had an issue and their customer service is excellent. You can’t please everyone I guess.

Great service
Great service with wide range of cinemas and some fab reductions. The code thing with the website can be a bit tricky to get your head round but once you're familiar with it, it's pretty intuitive.

Easy to book discounted cinema tickets with no stupid clauses of when they can be used.
Makes it easier to enjoy more cinema visits, otherwise I wouldn't have been so much.

The Cinema Society Club has saved my so much over the years.
I love going to the cinema but find it so expensive these days. The Cinema Society Club have made it possible to go regularly due to the huge savings I have made.
The one slight negative is the Odeon now charge an extra £7.00 for the next tier seating. I used to go up a tier because sometimes the 'cheapy' seats are just a little too close and it used to cost an extra £2.00 which was fine but £7.00 is (for me) too much! Not the fault of the CSC, just the Odeon making it all about profit!
The Vue appears to be more reasonable.
It is so easy to buy your tickets on the CSC sight.
All in all the CSC is a brilliant organisation and have saved my so much money over the years so thank you CSC!
