Discounted cinema tickets. Straightforward speedy process. Option for a snack discount. Makes it much easier to give a less familiar film a try. It has reminded me how much better a film looks and sounds on the big screen. It really is a great trip out.

Very easy to order - the savings % has dropped a bit lately, but this is still usually food value for money.
A real gripe is the odeon system for buying - using this method. The cinema seems desperate to make it difficult; but that is not a tickets thing.
Would recommend, and it's allowed us to go to the movies as a family - without it, there was no chance.

I don't usually use cinema perks through work but I've been using Cinema Society Club for a while now and I must say its a really great website with good, honest savings not only on cinema tickets but on the food deals too! Also its nice that they let you know when tickets are cheaper to buy from the cinema instead of them, thats the kind of honesty people need! Absolutely love ordering tickets from here!

What a great idea! I could happily live in the cinema but it is very expensive, especially at my preferred chain, the Showcase cinemas. The Cinema Society Club is completely free, gives me an adult ticket for £8.99 rather than £14.25, and is a total no-brainer. I have been a customer for a year now and it's been fantastic.

One star deducted for a fairly major fix request - please could you introduce some way of seeing which vouchers have been used? It's extremely annoying to have to keep track of them myself! Thank you.

Have used the Cinema Society as a carer. Great way to get discounts off cinema, either to get an additional discount off the cheaper seats or to treat ourselves to VIP seats at a lower cost than they would otherwise be. Just a case of pasting the codes across to the cinema’s own site after buying the vouchers on the Cinema Society site; took me a while the first time I did it but now used to it and it’s a really quick process taking only a few mins. Really appreciate what Cinema Society provides.

Avoid! Purchased tickets for this evening to watch a movie with family that I am visiting and the vouchers don't work. Tried to resolve but just stuck with a chat bot, no customer service interaction. Film is now started so we've missed it trying to get the codes to work. Absolute waste of time and money. Complete scam, avoid. Just buy your tickets direct or go to a reputable site for a code.

Obtaining the vouchers from the Cinema Society Club website was very easy and straightforward. The amount of discount was a pleasant surprise too! It was much higher than I’d anticipated. Using the vouchers with the relevant Cinema (The Odeon in my case) was less straightforward but that was nothing to do with the Cinema Society, more to do with Odeon’s website. Will definitely use this again. Thank you to the Cinema Society for a great discount.

This company is fantastic, I hardly get my boys to the cinema, its so expensive, I used the cinema society discount and it almost halfed the price, I'm so greatfull and the kids loved it, definitely more visits to come over the summer holidays, following instructions to pay and get discount codes was so easy.

I recently had an incident where I had redeemed codes on the wrong screening accidentally. I submitted a query form on TCS website and received a prompt reply requesting additional information. The team requested replacement vouchers from the cinema and did their best to keep me updated in the email thread as best as possible.
I think a customer services telephone line would be really beneficial in these cases to save some stress and hassle of checking emails back and forth.
Overall, very happy with the customer service I received!
