Great experience!

Easy to schedule, available appointments, app navigation was also easy. My NP was east to talk to and immediately made me feel comfortable.

Rennes was very kind

Rennes was very kind and a great listener, she answered all my questions. Zoom is very easy to open. Circle Med gave me multiple reminders to prevent me from missing anything.

Circle Medical truly Delivered!!!

Hands down, Circle Medical is IT. Easy scheduling, quick and efficient responses in chat, and providers who genuinely care — making me felt heard, seen, and supported. They helped me navigate a prior authorization for my prescription without stress and gave me true peace of mind in my weight loss and health journey. I’m grateful, impressed, and thankful to have found them.

Horrific experience

Horrific experience. Met with Laura Harper- she should NOT be a practicing physician or see patients AT ALL. She was extremely disrespectful, did not listen and was inattentive. I repeated myself over ten times and she still made extremely incorrect and harmful assumptions even going so far as to medically gaslight me and suggest that my diagnosis was “incorrect” because the “meds didn’t work” after I’d expressed multiple times that the meds DID work, but had unwanted side effects. She also lied to me about being “unable” to prescribe me a different medication even though she is LICENSED to and PERMITTED TO in the state of California. When I pushed back and advocated for myself, she threw a ton of incorrect medical jargon at me. This ordeal triggered a meltdown for me for multiple hours due to extreme emotional distress from being mistreated and dismissed repeatedly. This place had okay reviews and I hesitate to leave bad reviews but this was a SIGNIFICANTLY bad experience and one of the worst I’ve had in years of seeing doctors. Do NOT waste your time or money. They are also known for billing issues and now I’m terrified of being overcharged. Don’t risk it.

Disappointed

I’ve had such a great experience with Circle Medical and my providers up until today. First, my provider was 15 minutes late to my appointment. When she joined it looked like she was walking around and doing other things besides concentrating on my appointment. I was able to explain the issues I was having and she stated she would send in a prescription for an antibiotic.

Two hours after the appointment my pharmacy told me they still had not received the prescription. I tried the live chat option but was greeted by an AI agent. The AI agent submitted a ticket for me but I wasn’t able to speak with anyone directly at that time and it said someone would return my message in 3 to 5 days. There is no phone number listed in the app or on their website so I had to google a phone number for them. I reached a nice girl who stated she would get someone to reach out to my provider. It’s been 6 hours since my appointment and I’ve not heard from my provider and my pharmacy never received the prescription. My symptoms have gotten worse as the day has gone by.

Unfortunately this will likely be my last time using Circle Medical. This is not how you treat a patient with a somewhat urgent medical need. You have lost my trust, Circle Medical.

Typically, our providers have 24-48 hours after an appointment to complete their notes, send out any applicable prescriptions, and order any necessary labs or referrals. However, we also understand that some situations may call for a more immediate turn-around time.

We also know how important it is that our providers be fully focused on meeting with their patients for the full duration of the appointment. My recent experience with Circle…

My recent experience with Circle Medical was unfortunately disappointing. While I appreciated the convenience of virtual care, the doctor I selected did not engage or make any real connection. He barely greeted me, seemed to just follow a checklist, and made errors in my notes regarding my diet and medical history.

Overall, it felt like he was rushing through the session and was more interested in having me book another appointment than addressing my concerns. When I contacted customer service, they were not very responsive and suggested I pay for yet another session to resolve the issues.

In summary, the lack of personalized care and slow support made the experience unsatisfactory. I hope they improve their service in the future.

I've always hated going to the doctor…

I've always hated going to the doctor office and would come up with some excuse to cancel or reschedule only to end up cancelling and never going to be seen. Using Circle Medical has made things easy for me to be seen from the comfort of my home, which eased my nerves about the visit. Not only that but Ashley who I had my appt with, was amazing and made me feel even more comfortable about the appt. If I have any questions or concerns I'm able to shoot my doctor a quick message and get a response just as quick as I sent it. I'll be using Circle Medical for all my future appt needs!
