I had a 95% negative experience with Circle Medical. Regarding practitioners, Dr Elisa E. Horta after an online appointment sent me to a physical CM office for bloodwork. But Lynne Beach, the NP I saw there said that's not how it works so I would have to start over. Lynne Beach made an inappropriate offensive comment after asking my alcohol consumption: when I said I don't drink she said "You're a cheap date!" Regarding administrative staff, on 6 different occasions I asked various questions on how to navigate the CM system to make an appointment and other normal tasks, and got 6 different and conflicting answers. I have since left CM. How could I ever put my confidence in that institution for anything important like surgery or medical advice, when in my experience it's clear that CM is run poorly?

Circle made it easy to upload the necessary documents needed to receive the help I needed. The notifications were very helpful in ensuring there were no mistakes during the application process. Circle provided a physician who was punctual, very knowledgeable, thoughtful and understanding. This experience has increased my confidence within the healthcare system.
Great visit good experience, I was really happy with the information details of the appointment the Provider's knowledge. Very helpful information before following up with my PCP as well.

Wonderful experience. Very clear explanation of costs and she cared about my condition and concerns. Listened and was helpful. I get nervous with doctors and this was a great experience.
I started with a provider in order to get Zepbound. She was late by 10 minutes to the telehealth appointment and rushed through the meeting. She prescribed the 2.5 and I was good to two months. Then I needed to make another appointment for get the next prescription. Again, she was 10 minutes late, chatted about her personal life and rushed me through the appointment. First one lasted 15-20 minutes and the second one was about 10.
I said I would let her know in a while if I wanted to go up in dose or stay the same. My appointment was on August 25th and my Rx would need to be refilled by September 11th. On Sept 2, I messaged her through the app that I would like the next dosage and waited. I messaged again on Sept 10th. Still no response. I contacted the bot several times and they said they would re-order the prescription. Nothing.
Today again, I messaged with the bot and they said they would open a ticket with customer service. Still nothing from my provider and still no prescription.
To say that I am disappointed is an understatement.
If this is not resolved today, I will not go back.

Dr. Aaron Jensen listened patiently to all my concerns and answered every question with clarity and compassion, which made me feel truly valued and completely at ease. I work a lot and have odd days off so to be able to see a doctor via video was amazing.
The provider was great. Circle Medical I feel was not fully transparent on how many appointments and the full requirements of how much money a private payer would pay. After paying $200 dollars and taking time out of work just to find out that I need to provide my personal health information from my primary doctor. If I would had known this I would have just gotten a referral from my doctor to be diagnosed. I feel taken advantage of. I used this site to avoid the long wait and trouble of going through primary in which I will have to end up going through my primary doctor anyway.
Please be more transparent on requirements and cost.

My experience with Daniela was amazing. She listened to me the entire time and let me explain all of my symptoms. She made me feel heard like no other in-person doctor has. She explained everything with care. I’m so happy to have found her!
The appointment process was easy and fast. Same day and doctor was awesome.
