We’ve worked with Rebecca at Cirrcular for two incredible Africa trips, and both exceeded every expectation.

Our Kenya safari was a truly bespoke two-week adventure, customized exactly around what our family of five wanted to see and do. Rebecca thoughtfully designed an itinerary across three different regions, selected beautiful lodges that perfectly accommodated our family, coordinated all transportation logistics seamlessly, and incorporated unique experiences that made the trip unforgettable.

For our South Africa trip, Rebecca curated an amazing journey that included several nights in the Winelands, a fantastic stay along the coast, and an incredible four-day safari on a private reserve dedicated to rewilding former farmland and reintroducing native wildlife. Every destination felt carefully chosen and perfectly suited to our interests.

What sets Rebecca apart is her dedication to creating meaningful, memorable family experiences. Her attention to detail is second to none, and she anticipates needs before they arise, making travel completely stress-free. As a self proclaimed Safari junkie, I can honestly say that my most recent experience in East Africa with Cirrcular has been one of the best! Rebecca at Cirrcular took the time to listen to what I was looking for, provided several possible itineraries, and then planned my five day trip to Kenya seamlessly.

Every detail was accounted for, from the airport transfers to my dietary needs at each camp, to the personal handwritten notes that awaited me at each stop. I was deeply impressed by the hospitality of my hosts in Maasai Mara, as well as the beauty and plethora of wildlife.

Rebecca is a ROCKSTAR! My husband and I first worked with her to plan our honeymoon in Africa, and this year we found ourselves in a complete bind for an upcoming trip to Sicily. This was my 3rd time working with Rebecca and my first time working with her at Cirrcular. From my first two trips to Africa, Rebecca set impossibly high standards by delivering unforgettable experiences. The hallmarks of Rebecca’s work has and always will be, bringing her passion and joy for travel, resourcefulness and experience to the planning process. She gets to know her clients and customizes the trips to what is most important to her clients from an experience standpoint. The most recent trip organized by her at Cirrcular for me and my fiancée was in New Zealand and Rebecca listened keenly (as she always does) to our priorities, often adding thoughtful suggestions from her own experiences or recommendations from others, and delivers on them at a high level. I often find myself not having to worry much (if at all) about logistics of any trip when she organizes them! She is now our go to for any trip organization needs we have globally and we can’t wait to engage her for our next trip!

We just completed our second trip that Rebecca/Cirrcular planned and executed for us, flawlessly. We were in SE Asia (Saigon, Siem Reap and Bangkok) for 18 days and everything went smoothly. Transfers all went as planned. No glitches or complaints. We had great private guides and tours as well as evening activities such as a progressive dinner by tuk-tuk. The hotels were all world class and well chosen. They were also perfectly located for the touring we did. She even got us a few upgrades.
Rebeccas advice was spot on so Cirrcular will be planning our next big adventure. We can’t wait!!
