We applied for our Norway visa through this agency.
My takes..
Less experienced folks acting as if they are the visa experts. In spite of the suggestions provided by me they planned to go with their own covering letter and itenary plan which was provided just before the appointment date.

Craziest part is that one of the place they mentioned in the itenary plan was already closed from 2021 which they had scheduled for us to spend a whole day with family and kids.

We got our refusal stating this as one of the reason, and the other reason mentioned was the itenary plan which was provided by this firm the home office felt to be un reliable as it was covering only Oslo for 10 days itenary.

My suggestion to the folks who are looking for Scheghne visa, please dont use this channel, there are more mature, professional, and customer centric firms around available.
