I purchased what was apparently ‘100% human hair extensions’ from here last Tuesday. Only to get them home to try and curl them to find out they was synthetic hair which wouldn’t style tried to return them to the shop today 4 days later no refund or exchange of the hair I’m taking this further I’m not out of pocket 165 I’ve had all my hair done and no more money for new extensions I’ve been upset all day over this. Please I’m just trying to warn others don’t go here they are not helpful when you have a problem alls I got was that is human hair. I’ve worn extensions for over 15 years I know my hair. I’m not left with no hair and will have to wait untill next month to purchase some else we’re, I have really fine hair and zero confidence without hair extensions. Avoid this shop!

I bought a cream ht26 face cream and it gave me some patches and discolouration on my face . I reported this and after much back and forth , they accepted to give me a £15 voucher . I decided to buy my normal body cream with the voucher . When it was sent, it was a total different texture from the normal one I use , meant to be a lotion but when you press it , just oil coming out .this is so disappointing and very disturbing as this is a fake one that I was sent .

Their products are reliable and amazing. The customer service is top notch. The people in the store are really sweet and genuinely advices about the products. Really happy with the experience, will shop there often.
