I visited the salon in Prestatyn for a consultation before starting chemo, hoping to find a suitable wig and have my hair cut shorter. I was shown only a few synthetic wigs and discouraged from choosing real hair options. There was very little choice in colour, and the haircut was rushed and uneven — done in about 30 minutes with no styling. I left feeling dismissed and very disappointed, especially at such a sensitive time.

IZZY - Morgans - Prestatyn. I haven't had my hair cut and coloured professionally in many years. I was a little anxious even going in to speak to them and book an appointment but they were all lovely and non judgemental. The lovely IZZY did my hair, she really listened to what I wanted / didn't want and helped me when I was unsure (which was alot). The difference in my hair is unreal. Thank you so much IZZY your a star 💜

I started having my hair done by Sara at Morgan’s last year and honestly she is a hair magician. I’d recommend Morgan’s to anyone. They really care about your hair and scalp health.

I have been suffering with hair loss now for about 3/4 years, 18 months ago I could no longer hide my hair loss and my mental health was seriously impacted by this and my confidence was at an all time low. I started to research hair loss solutions and came across hair systems. At a complete lost at what was the best solution with so many mixed reviews on social media I finally came across Morgan’s wigs. I built up the courage to pick up the phone and book a consultation, this was a massive step for me as I had not stepped in a salon for over 2 years as I was in such shame and embarrassment with my hair. I had my consultation with Claire and I was immediately put at ease and made to feel welcome and comfortable. I had high hopes going in to my consultation that I would be having a hair system and was willing to pay whatever it cost. Claire took into consideration my personal circumstances and the hormonal changes I would be going through due to IVF treatment and advised that she did not feel a hair system would be right for me at that time. I ended up leaving with a hair topper and although initially leaving dissapointed I felt assured that they had my best interest at heart rather than just making money. Following this I have visited the salon a few times looking at other options and have since had a system that is so far working for me. For the first time in a long time I do not feel stressed or self conscious about my hair and my confidence has grown, I am finally starting to feel like myself again and that is all down to Rebecca and her team.
They are kind and compassionate and it is very evident that making people happy and customer care is their priority. They have changed my life and I cannot thank them enough.

I get my colour, cut & blow done by Sara colour specialist at Morgan’s. Also have a few tape extensions to increase volume.
Always have a laugh and I leave feeling fabulous - highly recommend

I can't recommend Claire, Rebecca and the team at Morgans Chester highly enough ... I trust Claire to take such good care of my post chemo hair / colour / cut and I absolutely wouldn't go anywhere else! Superb friendly service!

I am always thrilled to visit Morgan's Hair Salon in Chester! From the moment I walk through the door, I am welcomed with a warm and friendly atmosphere that instantly puts me at ease. The team is incredibly professional, attentive, and skilled at what they do. Each visit leaves me feeling relaxed and pampered, and the results are consistently outstanding. Having tried several salons in the past, I can confidently say that Morgan's is a cut above the rest. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a fantastic hair experience!

Please do not purchase a wig from Rebecca Morgan’s salon at Prestatyn/Chester/Cardiff. I paid close to £1,000 for a wig for my daughter who has Alopecia after NHS gave me her details. The fit is awful and the colour faded within a couple of weeks and then shedded. Tape had to be used but the gaps at the nape of her head were huge and could not be disguised. We had to order a new one from another salon within 3 months.
This was my daughter's first wig and we put all our trust in Rebecca but we are SO disappointed with the state and condition of the wig which surely should have lasted more than 3 months. When I complained she stated it was outside the warranty period of 3 months - but this is not on her website and neither were we given any sort of documentation upon purchase.
As first time wig buyers I did not do any research as Rebecca had the NHS tender and believed she was good … was I wrong!! I never want any other cancer patient or alopecia patient to buy a sub standard wig as we did.
The new wig that we bought elsewhere for the same price is absolutely amazing and cannot even compare it to Morgan’s wig. For a child to loose their hair is bad enough, but to loose it a second time with a terrible wig is traumatic.
We were offered £200 voucher from Rebecca towards our next purchase at her salon … but never in my life will I set foot in her salon again.
Yes, we receive £90 voucher from Nhs towards a wig, but it is better to pay an extra £90 at another salon to get an excellent wig. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON A WIG FROM MORGAN’s. Do your research thoroughly and do not use the Nhs recommendations - unfortunately they are in it for the money and nothing else.

After having a very unprofessional intralace system fitted by another salon which has basically destroyed my delicate hair further, I made an appointment at Morgan’s wigs CHESTER ( not the awful wig company Morgans that is mixed up in these reviews which I think is a US company). Rebecca and her team made me instantly at ease and were so friendly and welcoming. Rebecca is so knowledgeable and professional but at the same time empathetic to your situation. Each time I went I received a friendly welcoming off all of her staff which is so important in these sensitive situations. I would highly recommend this salon who go above and beyond.

People from the US have been purchasing wigs on line from a company called Morganwigs
This is not us . We are based in the UK and we do not ship to the USA . I am sorry to all of the people who have been ripped off by this company on line, even some have sent there terrible wigs to us in the uk expecting a refund but you did not purchase them from us . Just look at our name it’s Morgan’s Hair Beauty & Wigs. All of your dreadful comments are very damaging to our business .

Visited this salon today with my mam who is fighting cancer…..we had an appointment with the owner Rebecca for a wig fitting for my mother we had the best customer care from start to finish
Rebecca was very sympathetic and made my mam and myself feel comfortable and special …. Nothing was too much bother for her we cannot thank you enough for today and for putting a smile on my mothers face with her lovely new wig…
We highly recommend anybody who is suffering with hair loss and wants a wig to choose this salon

Had an appointment here today, with leAnn, and have to say she is absolutely brilliant, love how she knows what she is doing , very professional and always makes me feel and look great,
As for the salon it's self I was made to feel very safe and comfortable ( in these covid times) everywhere is clean tidy and there is hand sanitiser on the station you are sitting at, this will now be my permanent hairdressers

Having been recommended this Salon, I can say I’m appalled at how I was spoken too and treated by the Staff today !
I booked an appointment 31/07/20 (only 3 days ago) paid a £10 deposit to secure my booking (understandable due to the current situation) I needed to cancel this as my new employment had been brought forward and I couldn’t commit to re-booking.
When I asked for the return of my deposit I was told that this was non-refundable NOT TOLD THIS AT THE TIME OF BOOKING
When I explained that this was out of my control and that I had given them 1 weeks notice, giving them plenty of time to re-book another client into my slot, I was still met with a total disregard of my situation and that the ‘Deposit’ was non-refundable
I’ve been a Customer Service Manager for over 10 years I found the confrontation very distasteful, unprofessional and very rude.
I was finally offered a £5 refund which was only offered as I was told this would be for the PPE that I had apparently paid for that I now wasn’t going to be using ? How much does an apron, mask and 2 x pumps of sanitiser cost ?
I have never before felt the need to complain about any service I have ever received in the 46 years of my life but this service has made me feel both angered and humiliated.

Lovely wig! Will buy again.
