No one can speak to the customer care official of Cityfurnish.
Despite having received a reply to my email regarding return of all their furniture items plus other items after two working days in which they have mentioned that the "dedicated team will call you shortly" - no one called me even after five days !
Horrible Experience. They're so fast to take your money and force you to finish KYC right away to get product in 3 days but they gave me my product after 15 days. Ita been 20 days past the payment and the product isn't installed. I am so tired of following up with them at this point my life has become just trying to get hold of those assholes just to get bot replies 90% of the time.
1 star is the least but trust me it's way too generous than what the company deserves.
ry disappointing experience with City Furnish. I received a damaged Athena Single Seater Sofa on May 2nd and the delivery team took it back the same day, yet even after more than two weeks there is no refund update. My money is still blocked and the app incorrectly shows the subscription as active. Poor customer support and no proper resolution despite repeated follow-ups.
Very poor customer service — in fact, there seems to be no customer service at all. I ordered a single item, which was not delivered on the scheduled delivery date. When I followed up through the chat service, a bot responded saying the issue would be escalated and that someone from the team would track the delivery and get back to me. Despite multiple follow‑ups over the next week, no one reached out.
Eventually, I had to cancel the order and request a refund. Again, there was no acknowledgment or follow‑up email. The request now shows as closed with the status “refund completed,” but I have not received any refund.
It's a complete SCAM, not recommended at all.
Non existent customer service. It’s a scam where after placing the order the website refuses to acknowledge the order no. You can’t go any further in finalising your order and your payment made on the website is STUCK ! Absolutely avoidable. It’s a matter of chance if you get your money back, or get heard by a human or your manager a prefect delivery . My order and payment are both stuck. Before placing the order the other issue I faced is my price for calculated to 59000 and when I began to pay it got increased to 1 lakh 5 thousand. That’s a total scam and I wish we had noticed that it’s a SCAM website !
The company is not customer centric. We have been following up for refunds from past 1 month and still there is no updates. There is no one from city furnish who is approachable and understands customer pain. Even they struggle to update the credit card details for auto debit inspite of we raising multiple request. The website also has bangalore address which does not exist on ground. Would strongly recommend not to opt for cityfurnish
I rented a double-door refrigerator from City Furnish, delivered on 10 December 2025, and paid three months’ advance rent. I followed the delivery team’s instructions and switched the fridge on after the advised waiting time. Within 30 minutes, milk started leaking inside the fridge, and when I opened it, smoke came out with a strong burning smell. It was genuinely unsafe to keep the appliance running.
What made the situation worse was the support experience. I tried calling customer care multiple times, waited over 15 minutes on calls, but the calls went blank. WhatsApp messages were not answered, and the delivery person also did not respond.
After several follow-ups, I was informed that the pickup would be scheduled in 7–10 working days, which is unreasonable for a product that showed safety issues on day one. I am still waiting for a clear commitment on expedited pickup and a full refund.
Based on my experience, product quality checks and customer support need serious improvement. I would strongly suggest others inspect rented appliances immediately and be cautious with advance payments.
Worst experience ever, I had prepaid for a tv on the 23rd of Aug and it was to be delivered on the 26 but they rescheduled the delivery without informing me and when I tried to cancel it, it wasn’t possible. The app shows that the delivery will happen today but they haven’t given any additional info about their delivery guy and I cannot track the order too, because there’s isn’t any option to track. Their customer services are always giving excuses. They gave me a number saying that it’s the delivery guys, and nobody is picking up the call from their end.
I placed a prepaid order for a washing machine on 21st July 2025 via CityFurnish (Order ID: 69128867) with a delivery commitment by 25th July. The item was never delivered, and repeated attempts to contact customer care failed. I cancelled the order but have still not received any refund of ₹2728.00. I also emailed CityFurnish support with no response. I request immediate intervention to get my refund.
Pathetic, terrible and dishonest service. I feel cheated with the what they promised. They are unreliable, please stay away from these rental service. Keep promise to deliver the product but never get delivered after seven days of paying of amount and when the time comes to return the product its a mental hastle with their process. A very disorganised organisation please stay away and get it from other provider.
Terrible customer service - 3 weeks without a washing machine and no end in sight! They take 2 days to respond to anything and even when you do (miraculously) get through to their call centre, are utterly incompetent. Totally unsatisfied and will not recommend/be back as a returning customer. Taking my money elsewhere.
THEY SUPPLY DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
An appliance they delivered malfunctioned in few days. They took 2 weeks to replace that too after a dozen follow ups with them (wasting a lot of our time) as no one is available on their WhatsApp/chat/IVR to speak to (as they claim in these channels). After emailing, they revert after 24 hours and disconnect the ringing call withing 3-4 seconds. When you call back on the missed call number, there is nobody to talk to. They provided no waiver for these lost 2 weeks of defective product. THIS COMPANY PROVIDES A LOT OF INCONVENIENCE ONCE MONEY IS PAID TO THEM. AVOID AVAILING THEIR SERVICES. YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR MONEY AND THEY WILL GIVE DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS AND CAUSE A LOT OF INCONVENIENCE WHEN IT COMES TO POST DELIVERY (after money is paid) CUSTOMER SERVICES. NEVER OPT OF THEM. NoBroker is much better cost wise and customer response wise also.

Too much procedure, they don't trust the customer even if you already paid the entire bill, and ask so much document, as an non indian it's just impossible to rent... better try to rent to the competitors... the customer service just don't provide any solution and create issues that have just not there place... BAD
I had placed the order on 24th. two days later my KYC was approved and I was told the products will be delivered in 48-72 hours. Following which for the next 4 days there has been no progress- no one has contacted me regarding the delivery and no one picks up the customer service helpline. I sent an email- received a response saying they will schedule it at the earliest and still nothing.
