I do not agree to any early closure charges or additional rent charges.

The cancellation is not voluntary. It is the direct result of your failure to provide functional products and your failure to replace the defective fridge and damaged mattress despite repeated complaints for over a month.

I raised the issue immediately and was repeatedly assured that replacement would happen within 2 days. Those commitments were not fulfilled.

Under these circumstances, it is unreasonable and unfair to charge me early closure fees, recover promotional discounts, or charge further rent for a service that was not properly provided.

I request immediate pickup of all items and refund of my security deposit. If charges are deducted, please provide a detailed written justification for each deduction so that I may include it in my consumer complaint.

Worst Customer Service Experience

I have been a paying customer of Rentickle for the past 2 years, consistently making all payments on time. Despite that, the way my issue was handled recently is completely unacceptable.

I contacted support regarding an unresolved issue, expecting at least a basic level of professionalism. Instead, I received a rude, dismissive, and unhelpful response from their representative (Sumaiya Begum). Rather than resolving the issue, I was casually told to discontinue the service. This kind of response shows a complete lack of accountability and respect toward customers.

This is not just poor service—it reflects a serious problem in how customers are treated. When a company cannot handle a simple issue without arrogance, it raises concerns about their overall reliability.

I have full email records of this interaction. If this matter is not addressed properly, I will be escalating it through consumer forums and highlighting this experience across platforms like LinkedIn and Twitter so others are aware.

If you value professionalism, accountability, and basic customer respect, think twice before choosing Rentickle.

Highly disappointed and frustrated.

Worst company ..

Worst company ... I tried to rent a sofa...they took first month rent. Thereafter I followed up the next day, they said I have to deposit refundable amount first and thereafter they will seek my documents for verification. I deposited. There after I uploaded my pan m aadhar. They asked for bank details being hesitant they insisted and out of compulsion I uploaded. After verifying my documents, they are telling me that the soga I bked is out of stock and I shd try for some other sofa. This rental company is a fraud ..beware from this company
Rather no broker itself is a fraud company as their movers and packers is also pathetic

Rentickle is fraud for sure I've used it, they keep charging you for what you are not using and send you invoices which doesn't make sense, cherry on top they have hired illiterate staff, who can't even chat with you in english forget speaking

They don’t even track for what payment you’ve made to them and sorry this one is the cherry on top you can’t pay through their website or anything they send you payment link over whatsapp or email

Now I’m confused who’s the bigger fool them or Me (who used their services)

The office chair I got from them was of such poor quality that it broke into two pieces within a few months of use. They blamed it on me instead of taking responsibility and addressing the issue.
Any regular office chair is durable enough to last many years, at times even a decade before it becomes unusable. But the one they provided did not only break, but I also fell and hurt myself in the process. The support staff was completely apathetic towards what happened. Worst experience

Worst renting app ever

Worst renting app ever. They are just thief, they kept all of my security deposit and even charged more when I applied for return. Then even if I paid the rent for the whole month they came 15 days early (which again I have rent to them) to collect the rented stuff and when I denied to return it before my last day, they said then I have to pay them more for the logistics cost. They are just looting people here.

Never ever trust this site!!!!!

Rentickle is a pain

Let me begin with by saying “DO NOT FALL FOR RENTICKLE’S LOW PRICING” - it comes at a cost of serious skin diseases.

As the name suggests you will be paying rent to be tickled by their “bed bugs”. I rented a bed and a mattress in June- soon after I realised I was developing skin allergies. After few weeks I noticed the bed was filled with termites and bed bugs. I managed to sleep somewhere else till they replaced it with “so called” new bed.

Not to my surprise, I again spotted bugs and told them to terminate my subscription.

I expected them to accept their negligence of providing substandard products and wasting consumers’ time. In contrary, they did not seem to have bothered.

They took my 1 month rent+ security money and did not give it back. Even after following up with them multiple times and telling them the cause of termination they kept my money. So do not engage with them if you want to sleep peacefully.

If there were a zero star

If there were a zero star, I would’ve given that. There customer service is pathetic. They are least bothered after getting the money from customers. If you call them they will ask you to wait for 24 hours and this will go on till infinity but you will never get your money back if you cancel your order. Neither they will deliver the product nor they will cancel. They are paying salary by fooling their customers. Its a suggestion not to trust this platform for any rental purpose. Visit some other website for renting.

Please don't furniture from this platform. I'll share my personal experience with you all, I first rented for a few months, paid deposit and the rent. My next rent was due from June, I requested them to give me quotation till December 2024 and they said they would send, it's been over a month since I have sent them e-mail, what's app messages requesting them to send quotation. First I was told that okay we'll send you quotation, after 15 days one person from their team replies on what's app that I have sent you over email, and then on saying that I haven't received, it took him over 10 days to reply stating its not possible to send quotation, that I have to start paying monthly, and it's a loot paying them monthly rent, because unilaterally prices have shoot up. Another email I receive saying that first you clear your due than we'll send you quotation. The employees have no clarity whatsoever as to how the company works. I don't know why I have to pay a penalty when they fail to send a quotation. There are better places to rent furniture.

Their service is getting worse

I've had mixed experiences with Rentickle. 3-4 years ago, I rented two products and was more or less satisfied. The delivered items were in very good, great working condition, but I found the ordering process and customer service frustrating, irritating and very worse.

More recently, I tried Rentickle again, hoping for improvements. Unfortunately, their customer service seems to have worsened. The user experience is poor, customer response are slow, and there's no easy way to cancel orders.

To make matters worse, I didn't even order through Rentickle directly. I placed my order through NoBroker, who then transferred it to Rentickle without my knowledge. Had I been aware of this, I wouldn't have ordered from them.

Despite this, I initially decided to proceed with the order, hoping for a smooth process. However, I quickly sensed something was not right with their lengthy process and thought this renting process would result into disaster again.

So, decided to cancel my order. Rentickle also needs to do something for their rental prices, which are very high for shorter periods like 3-6 months.

One of the worst customer services…and free BED BUGS!!

One of the worst customer services ever!! Never purchase a product from them.
I received bedbugs in the product I purchased and have been having sleepless nights ever since I for their product.
Have complained, emailed, and talked to the customer service executives but have received no positive feedback from them. It's been over 3 weeks now.
I still have bedbugs in my house that I am paying to get eradicated thanks to them and I have to redo my entire room because of this.

Avoid Rentickle Like you would Avoid the Plague

They are an absolutely Fraudulent organization with the worst and the dumbest customer service experience.

My Case: I want to Return and End the tenure of some desks I had taken for my workspace. The discussion for pickup date and time have been discussed multiple times over emails in which I have clearly written that it is an office ...

So now let me tell you about the fraud: Even after knowing that it is an office their team starts calling me on the weekend at early hours and especially multiple times on a Sunday morning for the pickup and then obviously since the office is closed I tell them to reconnect on the weekday and today I get a mail that since the Pickup was unsuccessful your tenure is extended and you will be charged the rental.
Also, I have been asking them for details on the refund of the deposit to which there is no reply whatsoever. So i don't think i am getting my refund also

I have written to their team multiple times to which there is no response ever, even on the escalation email.

TRUST ME WHEN I SAY IT'S THE MOST HARROWING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE... So rent from any other company but avoid yourself the stress and stay away from Rentickle.

Pathetic customer service

Pathetic customer service. Very bad experience. Grossly unprofessional and would not reccomend anyone to avail their service. Would urge people to stop using their substandard service and whole experience was a nightmare. They have no value for their customers time. Request all to stop patronising this highly unprofessional company. Very bad experience.

Probably the shitties furniture rental company out there. NEVER ORDER FROM THEM.

I had ordered one office chair from them.

1. First, the delivery agent at the time of delivery asks for an extra fee at the time of delivery, trying to insinuate that if I don't pay, he would not deliver. Let's say this is a delivery agent problem.
2. Within 5 days, the chair completely fell apart. Literally while sitting on it.
3. The customer team (when you are able to reach them) repeat the same script. No callbacks or folluwps even after a week.

Fake company - delayed orders and no customer support

Rentickle seems like a fake company, with absolutely ZERO customer support. No exaggerations here, it just seems to give no attention. It’s customer care reps and even the “manager” makes highly confident commitments, but have no will or ability to fulfil or deliver them.
Order #600035573 was placed on 29th April. I could see 3-4 days delivery time on Rentickle portal when placing order. Later I was told it could take 7-10 days. It is May 10 today, and there is just a daily “order is delayed” standard templatized email from Rentickle. Customer care and support does not exist here.
Therefore, this company should be avoided at all costs.
