Just gotta say, the Haro Parkway Pro 24" BMX I snagged for my kid is straight-up fire! My son’s absolutely shredding it, and the quality screams Haro—built tough and ready to rip. Your order and delivery game was on point, too. Those status updates kept me in the loop every step of the way—super smooth.

The bike arrived in perfect condition
The bike was well packed and arrived with no damage. It came in the time frame in which it was promised. Bought the mafia bike as a gift and it's beautiful.

Excellent Customer Service
Excellent Customer Service. It was nice to talk to a real person on the phone when I needed assistance with my order. In addition, they were very responsive when communicating via email. This is great service especially when you are making such large purchases. Lastly, the shipping was extremely fast. Living in CA, I received the order within 24 hours once it was picked up from the carrier.
I would recommend City Grounds to anyone.

The bike arrived with a defective part and the company responded to me immediately. We received a new part within the week. The bike is terrific, as was the customer service.

Tires and tubes 700x23c
City Grounds had a great price on name brand tires and tubes, which I was in need of replacing. I was very happy with my order! Upon arrival I installed them and was out for a test ride shortly that afternoon. All was well and very good. Thanks again! I sure look forward to more business in the future.
