Billy is very communcative, finds the time to explain(ist time investor) and goes many extra miles to help out. Works to your times really well.
He has made my experience with City Rise very encouraging so far . We are yet to process a lot as my investment is yet to be built. So maybe ask me again once gone through whole process once.

The experience in reserving my first investment property was very smoot. Absolutely useless. No one wants to sort out repairs. Constantly have to keep chasing and chasing. Worst experience of my life. Would give zero stars if I could.

We’re sorry to hear that you feel this way. As a tenant, we understand how important it is for everything in your apartment to be in working order. In this case, the issue was with your intercom not working, which meant you couldn’t buzz visitors in. However, this falls under the responsibility of the block management company rather than ours as the rental management provider.
That said, we still wanted to do everything we could to assist. Had our complaints procedure been followed, this matter would have been escalated to senior management, who could have stepped in to try and resolve it for you. Since leaving this review, you have informed us that you no longer wish for the issue to be fixed. While we completely respect your decision, our team remains available should you ever change your mind or need assistance with anything else.
