Stress-free letting experience
I'd been looking for a flat for months before coming across CityRise. From the very first contact with Fran it has been a smooth, pleasant experience. Every question or request I had was answered immediately, and I felt very well looked after. They even throw in a little special gift for you on your move-in day which was an unexpected lovely surprise. If you can, definitely go with this agency!!

Sophie Brookes has been fantastice in helping us secure a property. Not only that- she is proactive in contacting us with additonal properties that come on the market that we may be interestes in as investment landlords- we will certainly be purchasing more I am sure!

Fran - The Best Experience
Had the best experience renting my first home, and it’s all thanks to Fran! I moved from Scotland to Leeds and Fran made the transition seamless and easy. Great Business
I had a great experience using city rise. This was my first time renting my flat out so naturally i had a number of questions that i needed answers too and i received the support i needed throughout this process.
Fran especially has been super helpful and efficient in responding to me quickly and going over and above the call of duty a number of times.

I’ve had a good experience with…
I’ve had a good experience with everyone at Cityrise. Although initially there were some repairs pending, everyone especially Fran, Ryan and Chelsea have been extremely professional and helpful making sure my stay is comfortable. I would definitely suggest everyone to consider them for lettings in future !!!!

Maintenance issue after only 1 year.
Having purchased an apartment and used CityRise to let it out for me, I'm now having issues with maintenance. The lift has not worked for several months and there is no schedule for the repair. It seems that they are more than helpful when you purchase but less so when there is an issue. Come on CityRise, sort it out!
