Slow shipping and poor customer service.

I ordered from CityVaporizer.com on March 20, 2026 and gave 1 star due to extremely slow shipping and poor customer service. The package sat seven days before shipping and tracking showed it moved to customs. It has been stuck in customs for 20 days and still there as far as I can tell.
I asked support for the USPS tracking number after Canadian Post tracking stopped at customs and provided them my Canadian Post number. Their rep, Maija, replied that USPS sometimes shows delays and told me to use the same tracking number — she did not provide the requested USPS tracking code or offer any real assistance. Overall the experience was frustrating and felt like minimal effort from support; I would not recommend until shipping and customer-service responsiveness improve.

This is my second experience with City Vaporizer and will be my last. The other was the same with shipping. Although customer support did give me a USPS tracking number that worked. In my opinion, it’s a matter of time before this place rips me off based on the reviews on Trust Pilot.

On January 18th I ordered my Storz and Bickle hybrid volcano The turnaround time was about almost 2 weeks and that was due to the winter storms sweeping the country So the package took an extra detour because of the weather but I got it in good condition as promised at a monster good price so the extra couple of days I had to wait were worth it. I've read many review here where people said that they didn't receive their product I've had the opposite experience ,great vaporizer, great price And I would order from them again

DO NOT order from this company

Ordered a Puffco New Peak on December 11th, and got my tracking on the 15th. They completely sent my rig to the wrong address, and barely gave any support or information when contacted about it. Got a response of “you were accidentally sent someone else’s tracking number” and had to wait over the weekend to hear anything else. Finally get my tracking information on the 22nd and the shipping label was CREATED THAT DAY. So not only did they lie about giving me incorrect tracking, they did NOTHING to make it right. It was meant to be a christmas gift and due to their error it arrived yesterday on the 27th. No partial refund, discounts, or expedited shipping to make up for their mistake. Will not be purchasing from them again.

Ordered several days ago and paid an extra $25 for express shipping. Apparently it hasn't even shipped yet. Customer service doesn't return phone calls or emails. I will never deal with these people again, and i certainly do not recommend them at all.

Severe customer abuse and potential identity & financial fraud risk — proceed with extreme caution

On December 8, 2025, I placed a lawful order with City Vaporizer for $261.58 USD using my personal credit card. As a condition of completing the order, I was required to submit a copy of my government-issued photo ID for age and identity verification, which I provided in good faith.

After submitting my ID, I received a phone call from the company during which the caller yelled obscenities at me, accused me of fraud, claimed my documents were fake, threatened to block my name and address, and then hung up on me before I could respond.

I immediately called the company back and reached customer service to report the abusive call. The same individual returned to the line, again yelled obscenities, and terminated the call a second time. No attempt at resolution was made.

At this point, this business possesses both my full credit card information and copies of my government-issued identification, creating a serious potential risk of financial fraud and identity theft. Given the hostile and unprofessional behavior displayed after I complied with their verification demands, I now have grave concerns about how my personal and financial data is being stored, accessed, or retained.

Due to the severity of these concerns, I have filed formal complaints with consumer protection, privacy, and anti-fraud regulators in both the United States and Canada, as well as with my financial institution.

I strongly urge anyone considering doing business here to carefully evaluate the risk of providing personal identification or payment information and to be fully aware of how customers may be treated if any dispute arises.

I wanted to make sure my item arrived…

I wanted to make sure my item arrived in time. The customer service person connected me with one of the managers (Jacob). Jacob went above and beyond, calling the warehouse and making sure it was shipped ASAP. I would definitely do business with them again.

Do not buy anything from City Vaporizer.

Do not buy any merchandise from this company. You are better off spending the extra money and buying else where. This item is non-returnable and they have no intention on letting you know that unless you try to return it after you have already bought it. They are not capable of professionalism and do not have the capacity to communicate as an adult, never mind a business entitiy. Whoever owns this company should re-evaluate their employee roster and try to do better if they want to stay a float. There business is in such bad shape that they cannot afford to accept their "high end quality" products back even if they are unused. I have by far had the worst buying experience with this company website and would not recommend buying anything from them, not even a mouth piece. This company is incoherent and unable to provide even baseline customer service. Prepare to get ripped off and disrespected if you attempt to return anything of theres. Good luck to all future folks just looking to buy some leisure items for themselves.

I emailed Alisha to find about my order and she cancelled it because she thought I was going to dispute the charge for some reason. Good prices but absolutely terrible customer service.

Great company I bought a arizer solo 3…

Great company I bought a arizer solo 3 and a Xmax qomo the Xmax qomo came defective and they helped me with the issue all I wanted was parts to fix it but they sent me a whole new unit for free. The arizer solo 3 is great. Will be my new go-to place thank you guys for a great buying experience

Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company! They will charge your card and will not ship or answer any email when asking about the status of your item. Nothing, they will simply ghost you.

They advertise on their site saying quick shipping and trusted since 2012 which is BS. How can company say fast shipping, have multiple where houses across the U.S and not be able to ship out products on time as advertised. Stay away from these people. AS they are not responsive, I had to call by CC for a chargeback. What a joke of a company.

So do not buy from this place I called in today is a customer concerned about my stuff. The lady would not give her name when I was talking to her because she was giving me that bad of an attitude and said oh I’m not gonna give you my name Jacob doesn’t care as a manager. He lets his staff run shit however, they want here you don’t get your shit. They don’t care. They’ll just tell you to keep waiting. There’s no end result to make things right with you as a customer

UPS lost my package but the manager of City Vaporizer blamed me for not contacting UPS properly. I have been off handed by everyone. City Vaporizer is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Patronizing, useless and left feeling victimized by them. Do NOT buy from them
