Placed a order and received the next week. Unfortunately it wasnt quite what I ordered from the picture and dimensions and I raised my concerns within the 48hr timeframe. They were very easy to talk to and listened to what I had to say. They agreed to remake the sofa to what I originally expected and swapped them this evening. I absolutely love the new sofa. It's very comfy and well made.

I just want to say thank you so much for going above and beyond. The room is how I imagined it now, comfy cosy and ready for film nights with the family. Overall great customer service. Thank you for putting your customers first.

Just received my sofa xl verdi,absolutely beautiful, very well made and the material is lovely, I must say I was a bit worried ordering online without seeing it first,but im so glad I did.
The company are very helpful and ready to answer any questions you have which is very reassuring.
The delivery guys are great too,bring it to your room,set it up and take away all packaging .

I ordered on Friday it was delivered Sunday, the sofa is exceptional!! I always used to buy my sofas from big sofa chains but never again the quality is better and the price is aswell, it was made to measure for me and will the filling I wanted, the fabric is luxurious, stitching is perfect!! Wouldn’t buy from anywhere else now. Thank you

I had a great experience with this company buying the Chelton corner sofa. Really helpful when ordering providing fabric samples and arranging delivery that suited me. The delivery chaps were also amazing calling ahead to give me a 1 hour window. They were very professional setting up my new sofa and even helped with moving the old one.

Just receivedsofa tonight ordered it on Monday came tonight the sofa is stunning and the quality is amazing if you have thought about ordering do it delivered on time and set up
