Would not recommend

Would not recommend, my case has been with them for 2 and a half years. Still not resolved. My wife had same policy that she received a settlement for by going directly to AFCA herself- hers was settled 18 months ago! Agreed to a settlement on my case was told I would receive money with 15 business days ….. still waiting a month later. Now Claimo won’t reply to emails. If I could give a minus star I would.

Claimo has made things very easy

Claimo has made things very easy. I have claims to multiple companies underway. 1 has been concluded successfully. Claimo has kept me fully informed every step of the way. Yes you pay them a fee from any refund but I’m still left with funds that I wouldn’t have had otherwise, so it’s a win win. Thanks for your help Claimo - give them a go - you have nothing to lose.

Worst service I have ever experienced, below bottom line service.

Initial contact was okay and then it all fell apart. Multiple case managers assigned to my case without notification or introduction. Whole process took two and a half years. Hardly any contact from them, I was the one initiating almost all the contact for updates, when they could no longer do anymore they then referrer your case to AFCA.
My case was closed and then reopened and they didn't even make me aware of it. Sent me an email stating that if I didn't give AFCA the extra information required my case would be closed the next day and I would incur a fee of $500. I never received an email requesting to give that information. Infuriating
I truly believe the outcome I got was all due to AFCA, their report was spot on. I never once saw anything submitted from Claimo cause they don't share that information with you, even though your paying them to do it.
All correspondence was only via email, couldn't talk to them on the phone, only time they called me was when I contacted AFCA to find out the extra information required and AFCA contacted Claimo expressing my concern. Many, many mistakes and contradictions. I had to pay them 20% fee plus 10% GST on my long uninformed over due and delayed case. Now they are charging 30% plus 10% GST. Don't waste your time, effort and money, you can get you case assest and done for free using AFCA. Because I signed a contract with Claimo I had to pay them their fee. If I could give them a zero star instead of a 1 star I would of.

Great follow through

Have used their service over the past couple of years and thought was completed, but they found another claim. It was completed and settled quickly and I received funds that I was not expecting within a week. A very professional group that has been easy to deal with.

If i could give more stars i would!

Starting the process was super easy, and Claimo just took it from there! Anyone i spoke to was polite professional, made the process stress free and were in contact often with updates! 6,000 dollers back and counting. Can't recommend highly enough.

Listen to your mums nagging

My mum got me to touch base with Claimo. I am so happy she nagged me until I touched base with Claimo

The entire process has been hassle free and so easy to do. If you are reading this, what are you waiting for, head over to the website and get started and do your free eligibility check. You’ve got nothing to loose. You may or may not have be due a refund.

My initial check they found I was not due a refund and I thought that was the end of the story. Early this month they touched base to let me know they have found x 2 junk insurances and that I was eligible for a refund. It was the best news I got this month.

I had a great experience

I had a great experience, I was kept informed, provided with information to help me understand the process. A bonus was another "junk" policy was found!!
Although claim was progressed to AFCA I received my money within estimated time frame.

Efficiency plus

They were efficient, we saw an article about the claims and thought we would give it a shot. Turns out we are sure glad we did. I mean they did all the work, contacted us when needed, so no unnecessary calls and emails. Very good at what they do, once it started it seemed like no time at all and it was over.
