I HAVE JUST GOT SCAMMED. They took nearly £49.21 from my account and then another £25.70. not sure what either amount was for as when I ordered it said it would only take £37.00. I doubt I will see this money again but I have cancelled my card. I too wish I did more due diligence. AVOID

This firm is a joke , I put an order in and they stole an extra £10 from my account saying it was for postal charges. I have had to block my card as they would not cancel my order. They are thieves who steal money from customers do not use them

Not a genuine site. Why hasn’t it been shut down instead of continuing to take people’s money.I wouldn’t even give it 1 star but had to give a rating. Your order will never arrive it states quick delivery i’m still waiting a month later. The customer service just states that they are experiencing delays and will keep you updated but I have had to keep emailing them.I asked for a refund and they state your order has been shipped and we will keep you updated.

Ordered Botox/face cream on spec when the ad popped up on my phone. My bank stopped the payment and told me it was a fraudulent site.

I would give this company zero stars if I could,
I ordered weight loss patches, on 25/3/26. The money was taken from my bank on 27/3/26.
I still haven’t received the patches. Checking my Email daily for delivery information, I eventually found 3 Emails from them in my Junk Mail, saying I hadn’t checked out my basket!
Funny they managed to take my money though. I have sent them 3 Emails to date, with no response. However I am now receiving Emails daily asking me to check out my basket. I wish I had checked this site before I purchased. I am now going to inform my bank. I don’t think I’ll get my money back, but hopefully I can stop them taking any more. Disgusting company, Apparently they are based in China.

Scammers. They use the boots logo on their adverts so British people think it’s trustworthy and it’s not. DO NOT BE FOOLED

DISGUSTING company. Targeting adverts at elderly people with self image issues. Scamming these elderly people with ridiculous products that are fake and dangerous. This should be looked into as it's criminal behaviour. AVOID

These companies are a bunch of scammers! They add items to your order and charge you a fortune. Contacting them, they advise the order is dispatched, so you can’t get a refund, and they ignore all emails. Disputed with PayPal and the website reported for fraud. I’ve also sent a letter before action to demand a refund.

Looks like a scam, placed an order on the 14th feb. Had various messages but no delivery, tracking looks suspect. Asked for money back , no response

Absolute con merchants, their website is designed to con you out of money as it does not provide an order confirmed message.
The screen simply changes, giving you the impression that you have qualified for a discount to purchase a better offer.
I emailed them to advise of this and asked for the over order to be cancelled and refunded. They replied to my initial message saying 'the order had already been despatched' impossible!
I replied stating the facts of no order confirmation on screen, they replied sking for order number etc, provided.
This was five days ago, they still haven't replied, I simply get a standard message asking me for order details again.
My advise is buyer beware, and if possible cancel the page before pressing any buttons!

Ordered one package for one month in January. . They'd added on another order that I did not order and wouldnt cancel it. All in they took over £74 for a one month trial. I received the package last week taking 5 weeks to get here. I've asked for an address to send it all back and it's like - who are you, what's your problem. Do not use this firm it's a scam.

I ordered slimming patches from this company.
They sent more than I ordered, billed me, refused to give me a return address. Despite stating you can return up to 180 days free of charge.
When I emailed they said unless damaged they would not accept and the buyer pays postage.
I could not get a bank or Paypal refund. Paypal were unable to contact them. They are a Chinese company, not UK as their webpage. They are not doctor recommended and Boots etc do not stock them as they state. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS SCAM.
