I ordered 2 of the Botox cream( around $36), and they added other products $96.30.
And then they took a further $71.95 from my account the same day.
I got an automated email.
Total scammers.

Shame there is not a minus for star review. Total waste of time and money. This is NOT an Australian company, it does not make or ship from Australia. Baloney that they use 'various warehouses globally'. Such bull shite. its coming from China [Wuhan, of all places!]
I encourage other purchasers to contact their government to raise concerns on this company, you have consumer rights. I will be contacting the ACCC to alert them to yet another offshore scammer.

Advertised as manufactured and Couriered from Sydney. Arrives a month later from china.
False advertising, and an absolute shit company that doesnt care about consumer laws!!

Total scam on price. Once your paypal is processed there are extra postage & handling charges. Another AU$20.67 When questioned, as they said 'Made and ships from Australia', the response was 'We have different warehouses around the globe, and we ship them worldwide. That's why some of them will be shipped from outside the country, but our products are made in Australia and when our stocks are low, we reach out to our nearest warehouse that has the stocks. Because waiting for bulk stocks could take longer.' It took over 3 weeks to get here.
THERE IS NOTHING ON THE PACKAGING OR THE TUBE TO SAY WHERE IT IS MADE. The tube says manufactured on 02/02/2026!! I ordered on 12/02/2026. I would not think that all that stock was shipped out of Australia to overseas in that 10 days. DON'T ORDER - You'll lose money. Go to your Chemist/Pharmacist & they'll advise you on something that will probably be of more benefit. We have to stop being so gullible by all these pop-up Ads.

The Retinol Botox cream I bought guaranteed the wrinkles on my face and neck will disappear in 1 to 4 days. Total rubbish. Been using it for a couple of months and not an ounce of difference. Expensive and a total scam. Says Australian but took almost a month to arrive. Do not buy from this company when you see their ads on social media. I attempted to contact them for my $85.73 refund but no reply. Still waiting after eight days.

Total scam. Firstly overcharged my PayPal account by $16 compared to the (correct) receipt sent. Promised to refund - they haven't. Secondly they claimed that the product is made and shipped from Australia. Product arrived 3 weeks from China !
