Unfortunate handling
We were very excited for the opportunity to attend one of the forums hosted by Clarion. Bought the ticket with no issues only to be told after weeks that we are not welcome as they do not know us even after very positive conversations with muliple employees.
The 'boss' apparently just did not like us and did not even bother to find out more about us. It is a shame as we were expecting to see some of our contacts at the forum.
We hope Simon Gosling will be more forgiving with his decision and also words if you try to attend their corporate events that do not advertise themselves as invite only.
We hope to receive our money back someday (been a month)
