SHAME ON ME! I should have read the reviews prior to ordering! This company is a scam!! HUGE charges (shipping and customs) for returns!! Tag on my shirt has been cut out!! The shirt I ordered fits like a dress! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I have experienced the same poor quality and they DENY THE ANEX DISPUTE AS WELL AS PAYPAL!
I THINK ALL OF US WHO HAVE BEEN SCAMMED BY THEM SHOULD POST TO FACEBOOK- it’s where most of us saw the ad anyway!

Horrible service. The fit or the shirts are not consistent and their return/customer service is a total joke! Never again

No customer service response for package delivered to wrong place. I have sent multiple messages with no response for the last couple months. Of course the phone number is just a busy signal line & no live agents available.
The pictures is not even on the street name given for shipping.
The proof of delivery is proof it was mis delivered. It’s obvious where it was left isn’t an apartment community.
My apartment number does not have a house, a porch or a backyard that is in the picture. Did I mention the house pictured isn’t even on this street.

This company has avoided my requests for months & just given the run around. Also uses SpeedX for their delivery that also offers no live customer service only more run around.

After looking up this company and their reviews it’s obviously a scam of a company.
I will never do business with them again & suggest you don’t either.
I should have read there horrific reviews before purchasing of even attempting returns & lack of quality merchandise.

Update- After leaving a review NOW they FINALLY respond with information to tell me it was “delivered”. Just because it was delivered doesn’t mean it was delivered to the right place.
The picture doesn’t match the shipping address.
The run around doesn’t end.
Neither business involved takes responsibility which makes for bad business practice.

Same as everyone else. Lowest quality junk. No tags. I have to pay to send it back to China, including tariffs. Do not buy.

I ordered a shirt based on their ad and the depiction in the ad photo. The shirt I received looks very different from the one modeled. The material and overall quality are extremely low! When I tried to return the shirt, they sent a return form requiring not only return shipping fees but customs fees as well. I received this shirt in a few days, which suggests it was sent from a US location but the return form requires it be shipped to China. Buyer beware!

This is not a New York Company as represented.
Returns involve returning to China with a customs fee as well as shipping fee.
The quality is poor.
I have been duped.
I should have read reviews before ordering.

SCAMMERS! Believe every negative review… they are TRUE! False advertising…Guilty! Cheap fabric, quality, and horrible customer service….Guilty! The long sleeve button-down shirt is NOTHING like the listing image. This company is knowingly ripping off buyers as a standard business practice.

Money back guarrantee - clearly stated on their web site which is false. See below about how you return it.
You also have to pay the shipping and customs to return the shirt.

TIP: I had the credit card company, CITI not pay their transaction which was perfect

Read the reviews they’re all true. Don’t do it.

Horrible company - don't waste your money! We ordered men's shirts from them, what came was nothing like what was advertised. "100% money back guarantee" - not true! We were given 30% back after complaining thru PayPal. Could've had 100% if we shipped them back to their warehouse in China at our expense (shipping costs plus tariffs, estimated at $75-100). "American based company since 1999"
- false! All returns go to China. We learned an expensive lesson, please save yourself the aggravation.

All I can say is buyer beware. Quality is deceptive. And returns are a nightmare. Cheap CHINA crap.

I placed an order for a shirt for my husband. The packaging came with NO identifying information saying it was from Clarkson NYC but the return address was a USA address. The shirt itself was poorly made, had NO label saying it was a Clarkson NYC shirt and had numerous strings loose at the seams. I asked to return and was told to send pics - which I did. Then I was told I had to return to CHINA and that it would cost me and was told it would cost $25-$40 to return the shirt. I asked for a replacement shirt but no response was received and when I contacted them later - they told me sorry it was past the 30 days.

This is the absolute worst company to buy from. The product received was terrible and there was no information regarding how to return. Their communication with the customer is below anything I have ever experienced. I would stay away from purchasing anything from Clarkson New York. I am only sorry I did not read any reviews before I purchased product from them.

Clarkson New York is a ripoff! If I could give a zero rating or less, I would. Clarkson NY is a deceitful, sham organization that will rip you off. The long sleeve shirt that I received felt cheap, did not breath, and one of the sleeves was 2" shorter than the other. The tail on the shirt was SO SHORT that I could not tuck it in. There is NO manufacturers tag on the shirt, so it was made by some unnamed, untrained workers. As noted by other reviewers, the products are cheap Chinese backdoor products, of no quality. and bear no resemblance to what's on their website. If you decide to attempt a return of your order, good luck! They will only waste your time in a well polished rat race. Scam artists! Expect to be stonewalled every step of the way. In short, a total ripoff that should be avoided.
