Nice selection of products
Nice selection of products. Also the follow up email messages on the order, and the personal attention paid to the shipment was very good.

Great customer service
Great customer service, communication, shipping! I had a damaged item (paint bottle damaged during shipping), and they immediately responded and sent out a replacement. It was my first time shopping with them, and definitely won't be the last!

Fast order fulfillment, great selection
I was very impressed by the clear descriptions of products and easy navigation of their site, as well as the fast shipping and order fulfillment. There are few hobby shops locally for me and I’d much rather support a well-managed small business than order through a big retailer.

Simple and accurate
I put in an order with 15ish things, the items shipped quickly (shipping itself was really slow) and the packaging was safe. Great transaction.
