Scammers, let’s face it everyone here has been scammed and are just confirming that they will indeed NOT get the items they’ve purchased.

WOW! what a load of rubbish, do not order from this company , i have been waiting four months for a delivery , and they just keep asking me to be patient , website stated 5-10 days delivery .

they will not refund me !!

This is a scam. Ordered 2 headphones in December 2023, emailed multiple times and was told their was a shipping issue. Tried to email again but now states the email address is no longer valid.

Very disappointed. Please avoid, saw Clasicate advertised on TikTok, be careful what you order from there.

Ordered 2 pairs of headphones for my.daughters for Christmas 2023 never received them every rime I emailed I got the same email.sent back saying there was a problem with. Customs then at the start of March I tried to email them again and they were gone said email address wasn't found so disappointed

Would give no stars if I could. Ordered early December. Fake tracking. No headphones and no refund. TOTAL SCAM. Instagram should be ashamed of themselves promoting scammers

I ordered Headphones from Clasicate on 12th December for my daughter for Christmas, its 26th February and several e mails promising they will be sending them?? after reading the reviews on here I realise its a scam 😭 STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY !!

I ordered a pair of the headphones on 25/12/2023 excitingly waiting on them but over 3 months now and still haven’t received anything and no refund either I emailed them got a response after calling them out for being scamming ba***ards and haven’t gotten any response since

Ordered headphones on the 26/12/2023 after weeks/months of emails back and forth with ‘Anna’ realised this was a scam. They kept saying be patient etc I’ve opened a dispute with my bank so hopefully get the money back.
Last contact with them was15/02/24 when I told her there taking the pi**.

This is a scam company ordered mine 28/12/23 5-10 days delivery time it’s now 21st feb 24 and no headphones getting fobbed off with please be patient can’t even access the tracking now with the email sent from “Anna “ the shop is now unavailable have put in a claim with my credit card company but I’m not holding out much hope DO NOT USE

Don’t do it you’ll never receive the products still can’t get my money back scam!!!!!

If i could give 0 stars i would - THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY - i ordered the headphones on the 2nd of Jan they never moved on from "order Received". I contacted the company multiply times and got absoulty no reply. Ended up speaking to my bank who refunded me after a month and a half of waiting.

DO NOT ORDER FROM CLASSICATE you will not get the your order.

Ordered headphones on 07/12/23, tracking updates stopped on 14/12/23 and still not received anything.
Contacted them several times with no reply, luckily did not spend a lot of money so not too out of pocket.

Absolute rip off company. Posting is supposed to be 5-10 days and it’s been 10 weeks and no earnings. I can’t believe they’ve taken my money and not even responded to my emails. Supposed to be in Spain but item has been on a plane from China for the last 6 weeks. DO NOT BUY from these rip off merchants, it is a scam.

If i could give 0 stars I would, Like most on here I have also fallen for the SCAM. 7 weeks and no headphones, I keep getting the response that its UK customs which is BS as I have ordered from abroad its got here quicker

Ordered Dec 23 and still nothing has arrived. Fobbed off with the same emails mentioned in other reviews.
Will be reporting the company and contacting my bank.

Like everyone else in the reviews I too have become a victim of this scam. Too cheap to be true. I was only brought back to reality when I sent a chaser email, after ordering before Christmas, receiving a ‘Delivery Incomplete’ email from ‘info@facialglows dot com’ please do not buy any products from this seller!!

'Anna' has done nothing but brush off the fact I haven't received my parcel.
