I have enjoyed reviews of various firearms but became concerned that possibly everything wasn't correct with the presentation. Clint said that he IS A MARINE RESERVIST SGT(it also says this in the company bio) but he has a beard. Its been awhile since I serves in the Marine Reserves but we ALWAYS had to maintain the same dress and appearance code as the regulars when in uniform. I have sent three emails to Classic Firearms, asking to explain how he is serving in the Marine Reserve - WITH A BEARD. NO RESPONSE! I would hope that this company is not engaging in stolen valor to sell products.
Terrible
I am the police chief in a small town. I was gonna use these guys to try and support local business. Wrong! They wouldn’t even cancel my order after 43 min waiting to talk to someone. Do not order from here! There stuff is not in stock even tho it says it is. As soon as I sent an email to cancel my order status went from waiting for picking to next in line. According to the lady on the phone your order can’t be canceled once the status changes. Complete BS. I’ll never order another thing from here.
Same story as everyone else
Same story as everyone else. When I first ordered, I saw the usual covid thing about delays in answering questions, etc but nothing about shipping delays. Figured it would be 7 day delay if there was a delay.
Ordered on 1/24 and heard nothing for a week. Went to my order and saw the 'ready to be picked' message. Contacted customer service and got the story about changing warehouses and software but no estimate on shipping. I cancelled yesterday and wonder if I will ever see my refund.
They did put out a video today that whines about moving and how items will be shipped...they just don't say when....not even an estimate.
I understand they are overwhelmed but so are other dealers I've bought from....who seem to be able to ship on time and actually communicate if there is a delay.
Companies live and die by their reputation. The lack of communication and bungled shipping is indicative of poor management. I hope they get their act together.
Addendum: I did receive a refund to my card within 2 days. Kudos to the company for quick refunds. I will buy from them again when I can be assured that the shipping problem is resolved.
Quick to sell, very slow to ship.
Ordered gun. Card charged. No gun. Now in 3rd week and gun has not even been pulled for shipping.
What makes it particularly annoying is the relentless barrage of sale e-mails they continue to send. If they can’t meet their current obligations, it is extremely galling that they are aggressively trawling for more sales. If you can buy it somewhere other that Classic Firearms, do so.
Beyond ridiculous
Placed order in early December, money taken from account and still showing item in packing 2 months later with no info from customer service. When they rarely reply to our emails they say they don't know why it hasn't shipped. 2 months to ship an item is ridiculous. If you're that backed up I shouldn't get 3 emails per day about what's on sale. Don't waste your time dealing with them

If I could I would give negative stars. Scummy business practice is the name of the game with these people. Quick to take your money and make you wait 1 to 2 months before you receive it. Don't take my word for it just go look at their Facebook or YouTube comments their are hundreds of people like this. I will make sure none of my friends and family do business with these people. Almost as bad as the scams calling people get every 5 minutes.
They made it right
I ordered a brand new part and they sent me a used incorrect and much cheaper item! I paid $220 and the USED item they sent sells for $100 new. I didn't open it within the return time frame because I didn't have the firearm for the part yet. Customer service finally got back to me and they replaced the item with the correct one I ordered.
These guys don't have it in-stock like they claim - BEWARE
As I am writing this review there are countless others who are experiencing the same thing = poor customer experience, and service. I ordered my item Jan. 11, 2021 and have yet to get anything other than a delay notice of which they are now over the 10-15 days they said things would be processed.
It appears that they are mis-advertising their inventory on the website in order to get money upfront from people.
Please understand all that read this that the bad reviews over the last months are 100% accurate. Do not buy from these guys and expect your item to truly be in-stock. Don't let them entertain you on YouTube and have you buying from them to become their next sucker. They don't have this stuff in-stock so please BEWARE.

1st time ordering from them and it will be the last time. 4 weeks and waiting to be picked. I've ordered the same item from others since and got it with in a week. With the way they respond, you'd think they were out of business.

“Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Ordered 5 mags 11 days ago and order still shows awaiting pick. Emails go without be responded to. Phone call attempt gives you an automated short unprofessional response and then hangs up. They have lost my business. Maybe making videos is more important then selling product. Other suppliers are dealing with the same unprecedented times but still service their customers. I've ordered firearms, ammo, and mags from other dealers after I ordered with Classic and have received all my items from them already.
Shame on Classic Firearms.”

Worst company ever still waiting for a order with no explanation of why they haven't shipped it i will never buy from them again and good luck getting ahold of them no customer service skills I hope they go out of business
NO service
Price gouging; No order status change; No communication; Insane cancelation fees which don't matter because you can't actually reach a human on the phone to cancel your order anyway. Also if you do cancel an order they can keep the charge for up to 90 days before reversing it. They also charge you in full when you place the order instead of when they ship it like every other company. Stay far far away from these people.
Ordered $2k item ten days ago, still not shipped
Ordered $2k item ten days ago, company immediately charged my card, and the item still has not shipped.
I have also emailed and called the company multiple times with no response, going to give them a couple of more days, and then issue a fraud chargeback through my bank.
This is absolutely unacceptable customer service under any circumstance.
Terrible business practice and support
Order was placed on Jan 6th, 2021
No updates on the website, order is still in processing: ready for picking, called their phone number only to get an automated message and hungup on, no response from email support. I was informed from friends that have done business before with classic that they were a good and reputable company, but with how poor the service is currently I will not do business with them again.
Edit 1/26/2021: Finally got through the phone line without being hung-up by their automated system. I've been told the reason for their delay is due to changing warehouses. Still doesn't explain why three weeks later the order has not moved out of ready for picking status.
Edit 2/2/2021: Nearly 4 weeks later and still no movement on my order. I've called again and they gave me another excuse of a "programming issue" with their warehouse. Before I could get a response from the representative (Stephanie) she hung up my call as I asked a series of questions and saying this is unacceptable.
Be careful if you decide to do business....
Placed an order 1/7/21. Card has been charged, but order has yet to be shipped. Sent email a week later with no reply. But yet they post daily on social media. Many are starting to complain on their post bout their services being poor. So be careful if you decide to do busy with them.
