Horrible Company
Placed an order for three magazines in March 2021. They shipped the order to the wrong address then wouldn't send a replacement order. They said they would file a claim with Fedex, but I never heard back from them. Tried to place another order for a different product on December15, 2021. Contacted them on 12/23/21 to ask for an estimated shipping date, and they said they they cancelled my order due to the previous dispute. This company clearly has no concept of customer service. STAY AWAY!!

Fedex lost my order and Classic firearms response is I have to wait up to 4 weeks for them to hear back from Fedex to see about issuing a credit and nothing yet and since was mark delivered the insurancedon'tcover the items. You would think they would take care of their customer first and then wait for their credit from Fedex (part of owning a business). It was their choice to use Fedex not mine. Stay away!!

They for the most part lie about their extra warranty, if something is wrong they're going to tell you to take it to the manufacturer but if you are approved to get your stuff returned they are going to then send you part of your money you will not get your full refund they claim it's a restocking fee. This business is quite competitive I don't see why they'd want to lose customers so much just seems like they don't care.

I am returning this item to you for three reasons.
1. I purchased it from you and not ProMag, you benefited from the sale.
2. The product you sent me was defective out of the box. It’s a 17 round, but you can only get six rounds in it.
3. I tried your other route, but ProMag has not returned any phone call or email.
I do not expect a restock charge, for all of the above reasons, plus you cannot restock a defective product. The product will be returned tomorrow.

I am sorry to hear about the issue with your order. I have generated a return merchandise authorization (RMA) for this item. Once received, we will inspect the item and issue a refund back to you in accordance with our terms of service. This refund must be issued in the same manner we received payment on the original order. Returns received after 90 days of purchase date will receive store credit.
You could be subject to a 15% restocking fee, a 3% credit card fee, and the shipping fees would be deducted from your refund as well should your order be returning for the following reasons including but not limited to:
-Mistakenly ordered the wrong item
-Do not want the item or your FFL will not transfer the firearms to you.
-There is an issue with the item that has a manufacturer's warranty and has decided to not utilize the warranty.

I have requested a return label, which will be coming in a separate email. Items must be returned in the same condition as they were received. If the item is found to be inconsistent with the condition and description advertised, the cost of return labels would be deducted from the refund.

I am sorry to hear of the issues that you are having with your product. Experiencing issues with these is unusual. We typically get very good feedback on this item and as such what you are experiencing is an anomaly.
Fortunately, in the rare instance that we do have a problem of any kind, the manufacturer is very responsive and always does a great job of correcting any issue directly to the customer.
The manufacturer actually has an advantage over us in warrantying or replacing an item in that they can often repair or replace directly to the customer without going back through the dealer which is a luxury that we do not have. As such, most issues can actually be handled more efficiently and with less effort on the buyer's part through the importer or manufacturer.

And the only reason I spoke with a supervisor was because I got the same old song & dance from the first girl that picked up the phone. ZERO customer service from this group. Worst customer service ever
I ordered ammo at 2pm and then tried to cancel order at 3 pm on a Sunday was told order was non-refundable and was already shipped. Called bank and stopped payment. Then called them on Tuesday when I received notification that it shipped. Asked for manager 4 times before I talked to one explained and sent proof that I had stopped payment then she rerouted package back and told me to f myself
Slow to ship, bad customer support
Their customer support isn't great. The rep was very nice, but it's clear they don't have the tools or processes in place. Nor do they have a "customer is always right" mentality. It took them 2 weeks to send the product I ordered, then when they did they sent the wrong product. This wasted weeks of valuable time. I would strongly advise purchasing elsewhere.

I've been ordering from this company since March of 20 I've ordered 5 guns and some accessories during the height of covid wait times were about 3 weeks but as that settled down it became about five days I like the prices the quality and the fact I've never really had any thing but a couple small issues with them you do pay upfront but you will get what you ordered or a refund they've been square with me and I honestly can't understand all the negative reviews I've ordered a total of about 3000 dollars worth of guns and accessories and I'd do it again tomorrow

I really wish I had seen these reviews prior to purchasing from this shady business. I purchased a case of 9mm wolf ammo for 565 after tax and shipping. They shipped fedex but i never received the ammo. I followed the fedex delivery on the app and the day it was supposed to be delivered which I believe was a sat, it never showed up. then it went to pending and then to next day. This went on for about 3 days. Then on Wed the fedex app said delivered but delivered the day prior which was Tuesday. Well, I have cameras and no one from fedex showed up at my door any one of the days. Yeah, I was confused as well. I called fedex and put a claim in and they wouldn't do anything since it said delivered. I then took it uo with classic firearms and they said they'd open an investigation with fedex and ultimately did nothing cause FedEx said they delivered. I also bought the shipping insurance. So then I disputed it with my bank and I have lost that as well since FedEx lied and said it was delivered. This seems to be a running thing with classic firearms. Stay far far away from them. I hope they go out of business, this company is garbage. They have zero customer service and just don't care.
Why didn't I read the reviews first?!?
Purchased an in stock gun and some magazines. The magazines shipped immediately, but shipped to the FFL? The gun did not ship, so after a week I reached out to support. They gave me some story about it shipping from a different warehouse and it would take 10 - 15 days. I kept asking support questions about their operation and just got boiler plate answers back. The gun did finally ship, however when I went to pick up the gun and magazines at the FFL, the FFL informed me that they never received the magazines. I reached out to support again and they filed a claim with FedEx. FedEx rejected the claim so Classic Firearms informed me there was nothing they could do for me. I did pay extra for shipping insurance, so I reached out to support about that and am waiting to hear back. No matter how this all settles out, I will not buy from them again. They have an amazing marketing team, however everything else sucks. If you can't fill orders then hire more workers or quit marketing you business until you can deliver a quality product.
FedEx delivered to wrong address
FedEx delivered to wrong address. Won't tell me where. FedEx and Classic Firearms refused to reimburse me over $500. MY FAULT?????
ClassicFirearms is the WORST service I have ever seen.
Classicfirearms.com is the worst customer service and website shopping experience that i have ever encountered in my life! Their website forced a “suggested” address when i was placing my order, which was so close to my actual address that i didnt notice.. but it wasnt actually the address that i wrote. Then because I never received a single emailed update on my order, i didnt even realize what happened until weeks later. By then they shipped my order to that wrong address, it was returned to sender, then they shipped it back to the exact same (wrong) address for a second time! Again, without sending a single notification or update as to what was happening with my order. I finally got in contact with them, my order was in route for the second time. I asked if they would change the delivery address once i realized what was happening. But I never got an answer,they just stopped responding to the message. Now my order says it has been “completed”. I’ve written easily a dozen emails since and havent received a single response to any of them. They’re just completely ignoring me and every message i sene. They havent even given me a superficial “We are so sorry that this happened and for the inconvenience”. I mean nothing, not a single word of response,to any of my messages, for whats going on to be about a month now. So i’d be very careful dealing with this website, as i said i have never encountered such horrific service in my life. And it is abundantly clear that they dont give a damn about customer service or beint professional and whatsoever. You’d have better luck dealing with a random person on craigslist then you would trying to deal with the people at Classicafirearms.com

I was a bit leery after reading other reviews, but I took a chance as other dealers were out of stock. I purchased two firearms on Friday night, and received the call from my FFL gun shop on Wednesday that they were ready for pickup.
Great selection, great prices, and extremely fast delivery. Easy 5 star rating. I will be purchasing through Classic Firearms again soon.

I paid $42 for a 10 round magazine and inadvertently ordered 2 of them. They sent me 30 round magazines for my 308 that didn't fit. I returned them and they refunded me $17 a piece. $34 for an $84 purchase. Crooks!!!
Stay away
Stay away, they take weeks to respond to emails, I sent tax exempt forms in, they did nothing to allow my tax free purchase, then after purchase refused refund of tax.
It is a terrible experience
It is a terrible experience, I ordered a handgun from them, they got money from me immediately, but today is one month delay and customer service said they can return my money or I have to wait more and more. I’ll never buy something from them. Not recommended them.
Took 43 days to receive items, will not deal with them again.
Also, 25 days after paying for items and getting no shipment date, I asked for a refund and they refused with no explanation.
