Terrible customer service? Repetitively gave me the wrong tracking number then tried to blame FedEx for loosing my packages. Still out over $100 that I’m not expecting to see. Stay away they will take your money and not deliver the product.

Long story short, they ship the wrong stuff and don’t own up to it when called out on it with clear proof. IF you can get the to do the right thing and refund, they say it will take 3-4 weeks to process.
Stay away unless you want your money tied up for a month and not get what you ordered.

I ordered a S&W Ar from Classic Firearms 3 weeks ago. The status of the order pending is “pack” I am beginning to believe this is a scam. There should be no reason to have this much of a delay, Covid or no Covid! Next call/credit card company**update** after requesting the serial # of the weapon I purchased and faxing the company with a strongly worded letter, I received an e-mail advising of an inventory discrepancy and they refunded my money. I’m certain my words hastened their response. This company is a joke and Scammers!

Horrible Customer Service
If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered 7 items (all in stock when I ordered). It took nearly three weeks for them to get around to pulling the items from their warehouse even though they charged my credit card right away. Then I get an email stating that one of the items was no longer in stock (big surprise given how long they wait to fill an order). The interesting thing is that the email said they were canceling my order. So I emailed back asking why would they cancel the order if only 1 of 7 items was unavailable. I get another email stating that more than one thing was out of stock so they "had" to cancel order. Ridiculous. So in the end they got a one month free loan on my credit card. Stay away from this company. Very shady.

This is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. There custome service is by far yhe worst I've ever had tomhe pleasure of dealing with. I ordered a 25 round drum for an AK style 12 guage, the drum came damaged and inoperable. I contacted Classic Firearms within a day of receiving the damaged product and they informed me I would have to take the issue up with the manufacturer. After several emails and calls to SGM Tactical with no response I then contacted Classic Firearms again. They informed me that I would have to do a return (of which I would be responsible for original and return shipping cost along with a possible restocking fee). Why should I be charged when I didn't receive what I paid for. They sent me damaged product. The real deal killer was the fact that paid extra for Classic Firearms extended warranty which "Jay" was kind enough to tell me is pretty much useless. I will never deal with this company again. Best of luck to them in sticking it to future customers.
Unresponsive, incompetent, deceptive
I have never dealt with such an unresponsive and incompetent business.
They refused to answer the phone or accept phone messages, or respond to faxes. It took several days before they responded to emails and then not answer accurately. Somehow, they site the Covid excuse, despite that most states are open, and they admit using work from home personnel for correspondence. I have tried to communicate with them multiple times by phone, email, and fax; informing them that the item that they shipped did not correlate with their advertisement, and that they were sending the item to the wrong FFL. They failed to correct either of these issues, and eventually, three weeks later, the item arrived at the wrong FFL. No return label was sent to the FFL, despite prior emails etc. Subsequently, they sent the label to me, despite that it was clear that I never accepted the item. They refused to act on these issues, citing that it had already shipped, less than 12 hrs after the order; yet it took more than 3 weeks to arrive. (????)
They added me to their SPAM email list, and would not unsubscribe me, despite > 15 attempts.
I would advise strongly to avoid such a deceptive, unresponsive, and incompetent business.

Bought 5000 rounds of ammo
Bought 5000 rounds of ammo. It was taking a little longer getting my order shipped, so I emailed the company later one night over the weekend. I got online to look at reviews and saw a below-average rating. I was a bit nervous. The next business day I received an email stating it has been taking them about 10-15 days to get orders out. The order was shipped on about day 12. I received it about 3 or 4 days later. I would have given a 5 had the order been shipped within about 5 days or if I would have been informed that it would be about 2 weeks before the order would get out. Either way, it was still a good experience shopping at ClassicFirearms.com and I will do it again!!

My wife purchased from them about 4 days ago. She ordered me the wrong gun and brace. Since I’ve been trying to contact someone to let them know the order was incorrect. They have very poor customer service. I receive about 20 emails a day about their products for sale, Clint posting videos on giveaways, and I can’t get one response letting me know that the order is being reviewed. I would never tell anyone I know to ever order from this store and once I get my money back I will erase this company from memory. Very very very bad customer service!!! I do not recommend to anyone!!!!
Buyer Be Ware
Let me preface my review by saying I am not just a disgruntled customer I am also a profesional GUNSMITH and certified FIREARMS APPRAISER, so I certainly have a leg to stand on here. I purchased a TTC tokarev that was advertised (VERY GOOD TO EXCELLENT) and was at best a low good rating, I sent photo's before sending the gun back which pointed out all the flaws in the gun and why it did not live up to the rating. When I received my refund CLASSIC FIREARMS kept the shipping fee, tax and insurance fee stating that the gun was as advertised. either the staff cannot grade guns properly or they just do not care who they rip off. I purchased another from them which was not as bad as the first, but not as advertised. The most frustrating part is no one in authority will call or e mail me to resolve this. This also is not the first time have had a problem with a used gun from them, I once was sent a gun with a broken slide after paying extra for hand select. The bottom line is CLASSIC FIREARMS customer service stinks, and if you order a used gun from them you will be lucky to get what you paid for. PS They are reluctant to post my review with photo's, my guess is they do not want anyone to see the way they treat customers!

Absolutely horrible. First purchase was good, second purchase is in no way a good item. Sprang for the handpicked and got straight trash. Don’t use these guys and if you try to leave a bad review they won’t let you nor can youu I get them to call you nor can you call them when things go wrong. Terrible company and ripoff artist

After waiting for over a month for 3 pistol barrels they advertised and had in stock, I still haven't received them! after 5 emails I finally got an answer from a Victoria stating she was sorry and will get right on this with the warehouse. I am a long time customer with Classic and have spent thousands with them, they've have been slow at times but not like this, all the shipping numbers they give are not true shipping numbers, UPS, etc so I can't track any of my orders. I know we live in troubled times but don't advertise then take money for an item you can't deliver!!!!!! Customer service seems to have went downhill really quickly.
Classic your losing customers rapidly from not shipping in a timely matter or even answering simple emails!

Terrible customer service. Like the worst ever.... Over three weeks and still have not shipped a gun they had in stock (supposedly) when I placed my order. Billed my credit card immediately however and communication on the actual ship date is non-existent. Just wait....

So I feel a lot of these reviews have to do with FFL transactions and you guys gotta know that it is not a quick process. That being said, I ordered a rather large amount of some things and 2 things to put them in and it was shipped within 2 days and received in good time as well. Of course one of my packages left Louisiana, went to Texas, then Tennessee, back to Texas, then came to my house in Louisiana rofl. My experience was great and I'll definitely be shopping with them again!
