I did the Program Design Mastery course as I was interested in how neural type could influence training. Although it took me a while to get my head around, it was easy to navigate the material and go back to review things I didn't understand. I got alot from this course and would highly recommend it to other personal trainers.

I personally loved this course. it's measurably better than other courses out there. It gives you all you need to coach someone. I wish they had more applications tho or if they can provide a supplementary course with just applications. it can help coaches like me who've never been mentored by an educated coach before .

Loved the way this course was delivered. The quality of the videos and the text book made it really easy to navigate. I’ve done many other online courses and struggled to stay engaged or follow because they have been poorly designed so I was beyond impressed with this.

The information was in-depth and thorough. I would have happily paid 3x the price for this course.

Bought the PT1 and Program Design courses with Easter discounts, as I've been looking for them since few moths.
As pt from 5 years and physiotherapy student, I was absolute happy to refresh and nourish my competencies through both video courses.
Well explained, rich in details and insights.
Of course each of us has to find a unique way to keep learning and progressing, it simply can't be that from a couple of video courses you can get super trained and competent.
However, in order to develop a scientific mind towards training, postural analysis and nutrition, both courses have a lot to say.
Well done, will surely keep on education with other CHF courses.
