Bought coffee online. The coffee is great, can’t fault it, my only issue is that I included soy milk in the order and when it arrived it was over four months past its best before date.
I advised the café of this and tried the milk regardless, and it seemed okay so I drank it and lived. I would have given five stars but four months out of date milk is quite shoddy 👍🏻

The product has been not delivered a month later to a place where they receive goods without trouble. I raised this and the reply I got was that there’s nothing they can do when they can such as provide a refund. The beans are now a month older and counting. If you going to offer online service it is your responsibility in hiring a courier that can do the job. Not the customers fault after a month of nothing

The delivery was quick and the coffee is great

Delayed delivery of ordered coffee. Ordered Sunday, picked up by courier Monday scheduled for Wed Delivery just across to Logan Village area Brisbane. It's now Sunday a week later and we're out of coffee and still no sign of delivery. Not good enough and appears to be caused by Couriers Please!
Note. This is the second time in a row our delivery has taking longer than a week to be delivered. Normally it only takes 3-4 days at the most!
