I had an extremely disappointing experience with ClearBusiness, particularly with their representative Ikhlaq Ali. He entered the wrong company details in my contract, which completely messed up my payments. Despite many calls, he never returned my messages, and the team refused to connect me with him or take responsibility. I wasted a whole day trying to get this fixed with no resolution. Very unprofessional service — would not recommend ClearBusiness to anyone.

On listening to a problem that I was experiencing with the contract, Abi took prompt action to resolve the problem to my satisfaction and renew the contract early. My score would have been a five if the technology had worked properly.

I recently switched my business broadband through Clear Business, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Shaun Holden was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. He was extremely helpful, polite, and provided excellent customer service throughout the entire process.
