I saved hundreds of dollars for same…

I saved hundreds of dollars for same coverage with another insurance company. The only thing I have a problem with is they don't have a website to access your accounts. Mobile access only. I did have a problem getting the phone app to work. Customer service was great helping me understand how to access my account on my phone. I much prefer dealing online than on the phone, however I do like the capabilities of the phone app.

I've had clear cover now for a few years!

I love their streamlined information-getting everything I need on the app.-Very intuitive. From signing up, to customer support and being knowledgeable about my particular question. And, last but not least, they are affordable!

The BEST Insurace Co.

Where do I even begin? Clearcover is truly fantastic. I was nervous switching to them because their rates seemed too good to be true. However, after only 8 months of coverage with them my car was in our garage when our home caught fire. The car ultimately ended up being totaled. The claims adjuster was fantastic. She helped me every step of the way. I was able to text, call and email and she would reply back right away. She made the process so easy, and they paid me fairly and quickly too. I would not hesitate to sign up for Clearcover. Hopefully you will never need to make a claim, but if you do, know you are in the best hands.

Clearcover is a terrible company

Clearcover is a terrible company! My car got side swept and clearcover continuously reinsured me that I’ll get paid for my rental car. They paid the repair shop directly at the end but wanted me to pay the rental car and then clearcover would reimburse me. Randall mislead us and is saying they won’t cover weekends and supplemental days. Keep in mind that I also work on weekends and have a sick child to drive to doctors. I was not even in my car when the accident happened, so I should not have to pay a penny! This was a huge inconvenience for me! Not once Randall told us that clearcover wouldn’t pay for weekends and supplemental days, not once!!!! This is a big Scam. We are taking about a lot of money here. They also won’t return my call in a timely manner!!! I’ve been waiting sometimes up to 2 weeks to hear back. They won’t even reply in timely manner to their client who has been trying to reach them for over a week! Terrible company!!!!

I really hope that Someone is mindful…

I really hope that Someone is mindful enough to return my $500.00 deductible you still owe.I am the affected car driver that got hit while parked by one of your insurers on April 17this year. I had to put the claim through my own Insurance because this Corporation just gave me the run arounds the whole time
Please do the right thing and return my Money.

Great service from start to finish.

I had been with American Family Insurance for 15+ years and was referred to Clearcover by my daughter. I was not interested at first but decided to change. Approximately 3 months later my car was stolen right out in front of my house. I called Clearcover right away and started working with Aimee and she was amazing throughout the whole process. I thought the rental car would be a big deal but she handled everything for me and we set up an ACH so she could send direct payments to me and I could send them straight to the car rental place. It was a great experience and I am glad that I made the change.

George was THE MOST helpful person I’ve…

George was THE MOST helpful person I’ve spoken to at ClearCover. After months of waiting to hear the result of my claim and a painful claims process, he ensured it was resolved and taken care of. I will never give this company any of my money again, but hiring more people like George would be a great place to start if you’d like to retain your customer base.

awesome to work with, made my job easier as a new estimator

I've only been estimating for about 6-7 weeks but this has been my best experience with dealing with an insurance company, by far. Rodney Amsden was helpful while Ciara Caldwell and Aimee Bowdey just blew it out the water. Both ladies were very helpful, understanding and willing to work with the body shop instead of against us, in order to provide our mutual customer great and quick service. I couldn't have asked for a smoother process, especially being so new to this specific position as I've been working in the industry for several years on the production side of things. Thank y'all again!

clearcover Auto Insurance Great Customer Service!

Our family was with a major insurance carrier for more than 15 years, we had our auto and home bundled. We have 5 insured drivers on our auto policy. We decided to shop for our insurance a year ago and selected Clearcover for our auto. We recently had a claim on our auto and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Aimee, our claim representative, was phenomenal! She was constantly following up with me throughout the process with quick and efficient updates. I was never in the dark about where we stood. I have to say this was one of the best customer service interactions I have ever had. I would highly recommend clearcover based on my personal experience.

George provided service above and…

George provided service above and beyond. I had severe issues in getting my deductible back, it was going on for over 8 months. Once George got involved, he made sure everything was processed properly, he followed up every step of the way and kept me in the loop. He showed excellent communication, follow up and customer service skills that frankly are pretty hard to find these days. Big shout out to George and Thank you!

So far so good

So far so good! They gave me the best quote out of several and I've had no problems at all. Now, I have not had any dealings with their customer service or any issues that required contact with them so I can't speak about that. The app works good and no issues there either. I will update my review in a few months!

George was super awesome

George was super awesome. after my accident i got sent in a loop from geico who was the at fault company. George swooped in and took ownership of my case and helped me resolve my issue and got me my payout and reimbursement for the accident. thanks clearcover and George Onyango
