Contacted ClearEstate for assistance with my Mother’s estate. From the very first contact, I have experienced knowledgeable and professional service. That service was fully evident when the Judge could not find anything wrong with my documents and, thus will issue orders as requested.

My spouse Glenna and I have been working with Clear Estate to get our estate planning wishes in order. After several meetings and other interactions, we feel confident that we now have in place a comprehensive and yet understandable process for our estates. It is very important to us that our executors are able to work through our estate with a minimum disruption to their lives.

Initially, I thought ClearEstate was perfect for me...
Initially, back in 2022, I thought ClearEstate would be perfect for me. I had to probate both parents' wills. The people seemed very helpful. However, some 9 months in, I found there was a problem with one of the wills and they could no longer help me. We ended amicably until it came to a refund due to me. It is a sizeable amount, nearly $3000. I have all the emails indicating it was due to me. However, it is now 2025 and still no refund. I have tried every contact method for them, but I keep getting a runaround. I still have been unable to speak with a live person. Again today...passed me off to "someone will call me". Very disappointing. Buyers beware!

Concerning your file, we did encounter a problem with one of the wills in your possession. We proactively informed you about the situation and provided guidance on the best possible options for you, as we do with the few cases we cannot assist with.
We also agreed on a refund for the services not completed and according to our records, the refund was processed within a week through the same third party payment processing provider we used originally. If you believe this refund has not been received, we would like to investigate further.
Over the past three days, we have attempted to contact you multiple times to resolve this matter promptly. To expedite our investigation, we kindly request that you contact us by phone using the number left on your voicemail or by emailing us at hello@clearestate.com.
