I thought I could tackle estate management and probate myself. The more I learned about it, the more questions I had. But I did not feel that the estate was complex enough to warrant paying a lawyer the partial value of the estate plus additional costs. I was willing to do some leg work.

ClearEstate gives you the support you need to process estates, tackle probate and get through a generally difficult time. My support team (lead by the kind and very professional Rabiya) met with me regularly, checked in, and helped me along. Virtual meetings helped solidify the tasks and checklists helped me move through the required steps to get through probate.

Would I recommend ClearEstate? Absolutely. You need to be willing to do the work. And you need to have some comfort with using a computer and virtual meetings. It will save you thousands of dollars.

ClearEstate has worked diligently to process the filing for probate and other associated tasks with efficiency and competency. The cost is so much more reasonable than the statutory fees allowed by traditional attorney. My mother's estate is not complex and this is the great solution. Great advice and so easy! They are so nice and understanding. I didn’t need too much help because I don’t have to go through probate but John was so friendly and still helpful even though the company couldn’t help me.

Losing a family member is hard enough. Then I realized just how difficult the state, banks, creditors, and local municipalities can make the process of dealing with an estate.
