A "how to" video tutorial on the website would have been helpful for completing the online forms etc.
The responses from the Clearit rep were quick though. Hence, overall a good experience.

Excellent communication with personal attention. This was the first time we had to hire a broker. It was all new to us. The only thing was that the charge was a lot hire than expected. Being that we'd never done this before we didn't understand what the charges were for. I think communicating a break down of the charge before it's applied to our credit card would have been less shocking.
