We were very pleased with the ease in which the order was placed. I required to amend the order slightly. The team were very quick to deal with my request The delivery was extremely quick and the items arrived in good condition. Unsatisfactory product…
Ordering procedure and 'paperwork' excellent. Delivery quick and excellent. But, the product not so.
Required as my wife is sight impaired and Worcester Bosch boiler controls cannot be used. Aim to get suitable back lit RF thermostat for clarity. Pairing procedure did not work as per instructions. After 2 hrs electrician gave up! I persisted and it would only work if the thermostat was taken off the wall and held 60cm away from the receiver. The electrician is returning it to you for a refund to my card.
