So DIY home improver goes online to buy replacement plug sockets from Click mode
Deco Matt black range (1 and 2 gang) plus data outlets, media single aperture plates and brush modules etc. unaware that they come in different corner finishes (rounded and 90 degrees). C4E kindly put the order on hold and email me, asking to call at my convenience. I do so, this is explained, they source the correct matching items throughout and I’m a very happy bunny, rather than the upset OCD rabbit I’d have been had they just sent what I ordered! Perfect customer service, actually looking at the order and thinking! Fabulous, would thoroughly recommend as this kind of service is sadly lacking nowadays. And I’m not in the trade, so why would I even know to think of that!
