Offer zero stars as an option.....
If there was an option for zero stars I would have opted for that.... Being lied to by an agent who stated it had been delivered and returned to Portsmouth is beyond belief, especially when a follow up call taken by another agent then states the order hasn't been started is move disturbing.... Nothing coming their way ever going forward.....
