So whilst the products are good and the website is easy to use. The delivery and eta are hopeless. I ordered quite a bit of stuff for a biggish refurb I was doing - 30 plus, switches, lights. I called to check if all the items were in stock, and I needed to pay for expedited delivery. I was told everything would be available and would be sent ASAP. Lots of the items had to be ordered in, and the delivery was days late. So much so, I had to rearrange the install. Total amateurs!

We're sorry that your order took the latter part of our estimated time frame to arrive. Sadly, the items you ordered have to be sent in from our national centre, so there were no issues with availability itself, but rather the timing which caused the issue.
Looking over your order, I can see it was delivered on the 5th working day, which fits within our estimated 2–5 working days timeframe, and that our Fast Track option was not available to you on this occasion. I couldn't find any issues regarding the delivery side of things as the tracking shows no delays, but if that was not the case, I apologise on DPD's behalf in regards to this.
It's disappointing to be called amateurs considering we've been in business for over 10+ years, especially for situations out of our control or isolated incidents, but nevertheless, I hope you're happy with your items and that the refurb went well in the end.

Your Customer Service was great but your chosen courier DPD failed on 3 separate occasions. However when I reported this your team organized a new delivery through Royal Mail which arrived the next day (Saturday)before 10 o’clock.

Rapid refund given
I ordered some replacement bulbs which arrived promptly.
But i then discovered I had ordered the wrong lamps. I contacted your sales office and the person to whom I spoke was unable to advise me which lamps I should order. He told me to return the incorrect lamps plus more details of the lamp I was looking for.
I did this and received an email a few days later informing me they could not supply the lamps I wanted. I also received a credit note for the lamps I had ordered and payment was credited to my account a few days later.
I was impressed with the assistance you gave me and the speed with which you processed the refund.
