Prompt and clear support

Prompt and clear support. They reviewed the video I sent showing my settings and provided clear, specific guidance. They responded within 12 hours.

Sagar was knowledgeable, and provided specific screenshots of settings I needed to fix.

Clickmagick support has been great and very knowledgeable. I have used their software for several years now.

I used this software for 2 months and…

I used this software for 2 months and it was a horrible experience. The folks over there get mad at you when you show them the inaccurate numbers they give you. I reached out for support showing them proof and then refunded me. The crazy thing is 2 days prior I was on a Zoom with Troy and he approved all my code yet their software still wasn't working. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!

Hi Chris. I'm sorry you had a bad experience, but as we explained ClickMagick just doesn't seem to be a good fit for you.

We helped you with probably a dozen different mistakes you made with your setup, spending hours and hours of support time with you. ClickMagick is ridiculously accurate - you just didn't set things up correctly, and there's no way you can say we didn't go above and beyond to try to help you. I can assure you we wouldn't have more customers than any of our competitors if ClickMagick wasn't super accurate.

I believe you when you say it was not a good experience, but believe me when I tell you that your experience is not normal at all and we have many, many 1,000s of customers who don't have any of the issues you had.

Our average customer submits 1 support ticket during the entire set up process. The fact that you had to send over 30+ support requests and still couldn't get things working right is a clear indication that our product just isn't for you.

I had no issue with ClickMagick

I had no issue with ClickMagick. I was not able to work my business the way I had planned. I may revisit at a later time. Your system was easy to use and made sense when I was using it.

The support was quick and super helpfull. I am new to using this kind of software for attribution but am experienced with tracking in general.

The resources provided are clear and really kick start my attribution journey with Clickmagick.
