Isaiah got back to me in a very short time.

Segar was attentive and took ownership to actively resolve my issue which was reassuring. I rate Segar's customer service level as high.
The crux of the issue occurring seemed to be as a consequence of a system update, unfortunate that this was not foreseen and therefor communicated to CS agents in advance.

ClickMagick is a very robust software. Has helped us get better data to make better decisions about our campaigns and be profitable from the start. No doubt about it. What is also exceptional is the level of support you get from the team at ClickMagick. I've never met a team so dedicated to their customers' success as this one. They embody the real meaning of going above and beyond! Give it a try!

I signed up with ClickMagick and I requested that my free trial be extended for another 14 days. The associate at ClickMagick replied back to me within a few hours. I am certainly appreciative of this kind prompt support, since I am new to using ClickMagick. I would like to send my thanks out to their support staff once again.

The Click Magick support team is exceptional. I've emailed a few times asking for help or clarification (easily confused, non-techy type here) and each time they managed to give me step by step solutions to my problem in the simplest way. I've heard great things about CM and they still have over delivered around the board. Very happy, thank you guys for all your hard work and dedication.
