ci siamo affidati a ClickSardegna e a posteriori è stata una scelta eccellente. Questa azienda è specializzata nell'affitto di ville di lusso nel nord della Sardegna e ci ha formito servizio impeccabile e personalizzato, dal primo contatto e fino alla nostra partenza.

Abbiamo avuto la possibilità di scegliere tra un considerevole numero di ville, alcune con piscina riscaldata e immerse nella natura, altre fronte mare curate nei minimi dettagli. In base alle nostre necessità familiari Mercedes ci ha guidati verso una scelta che ci ha soddisfatto pienamente, abbiamo avuto ottimi consigli su esperienze in cantina e spiagge fa visitare, oltre a monumenti e fantastici ristoranti con prezzi onesti e piatti eccellenti!!!

Scegliere una villa quando si è a decine di chilometri di distanza non è mai semplice e il "pacco" è sempre in agguato, facile incontrare persone poco serie o che si dileguano al primo problema, questo a noi non è successo, perché dietro questa azienda ci sono delle persone a cui interessa davvero rendere memorabile l'esperienza degli ospiti e quando torneremo in Sardegna, ci affideremo nuovamente a ClickSardegna.

ClickSardegna è un'agenzia altamente professionale a cui consiglio vivamente di affidarsi. Merçedes è stata brillante in ogni occasione, sempre a disposizione per qualsiasi dubbio o problema. Ormai da qualche anno si occupa della locazione della villa di famiglia facendo un ottimo lavoro, non solo per il locatario ma anche e soprattutto per gli ospiti, assicurando un soggiorno indimenticabile e con tutti i confort.

Superb sea views, Central location to walk to old town and lido seafront in Alghero. Host was very quick to respond to anything we needed and questions we had. We have now booked a number of times with ClickSardinia and have always had very positive experience, start to finish.

When greed & unfairness takes the edge off a lovely place
I initially booked the villa for 4 people and a short time later wanted to add another person. I checked online what the extra cost would have been initially if I had booked for 5 people & it was a total of 30 euros. I was shocked when I was told that I would have to pay an extra 240 euros (an increase of 210 euros). I challenged why and was told extra services and accommodations provided – this reason did not make sense as the only additional cost would have been laundering 2 towels. If that was the real reason, then wouldn’t it apply no matter when you book? Greed was the real reason. They had me over a barrel & they knew it. Interestingly, they would not deduct anything for the guests that didn’t stay for the whole duration – surely it works both ways? I will not be booking any accommodation with this company again. Ironically, it states that the villa is a place to find inner peace, this took a while because of the way that I was treated.
Here are the pros and cons of our stay in ‘Maison du Bonheur’ near Alghero.
Pros
Very spacious downstairs
Beautiful pool area
Lots of cleaning products provided and a good range of crockery, pans & cutlery
BBQ with coal and firelighters & tools provided
Patrizia was very helpful with all of the maintenance issues that we had. She sorted things out very quickly and it was a pleasure dealing with her.

Cons
The 2 upstairs bedrooms have very low ceilings so you are constantly bent over which is uncomfortable
The mattress in the second bedroom was not firm enough & so you roll together
Cleanliness – there was unclean cutlery, crumbs & a broken glass in a cupboard and dead bugs on one of the upstairs bedroom floors
Only one stand up shower which is not enough for 6 people
We had lots of maintenance issues – a metal part of a bedroom door fell down, mattress upstairs was very creaky, patio doors wouldn’t lock, electricity went off due to leak in the fridge, hot water was lukewarm (most of these were fixed during our stay)
The lighting is poor in the upstairs bedrooms
The spiral staircase doesn’t feel very secure
The towels are old and need replacing
Don’t use the car hire company they recommend, they are very expensive
It states in the description that ‘caretaker at the villa’. The caretaker lives in the basement of the villa – I think it’s important that is clear, as we found it a bit strange at first.
I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. The owner has totally lied in this review. We took out all of the garbage and left the villa in very good condition. I even swept the floors before we left.

When I sent an email confirming that I would share my experience with others to help them, the owner accused me of blackmail. I confirmed that it was not my intention at all and everything I have said is factual.

The owner reveals herself in this response. I emailed weeks before to say an extra guest was coming - it's all there in black and white. Shame on you for actually lying wow! Here is a copy of the email below that Mercedes sent on 9th September - we arrived on the 16th. If I was sneaking someone in, how did she know on the 9th September? She is stating that I didn't want to pay, but that is not true. I did not want to pay 7 x more than the original cost if I'd booked an extra person at the beginning. When things don't make sense, there is a negative value driving the behaviour.

I have now decided to describe my problem here after asking for a statement and unfortunately not receiving one. We had a mold or mildew problem in the house in Costa Paradiso. We did not notice this problem when we checked in because the windows were tilted and it was well ventilated. It was only when we closed the windows because of the weather that the smell became extreme and unbearable. This can be worrying.

The situation was not ideal for us, but health and safety is paramount, especially for a professional rental company. We were upset because we were exposed to a musty, rotten smell. We reported this problem as soon as we noticed it. Yes, the problem might not have been solved in our short time. All the other minor problems that I will not mention here were manageable or even solved ad hoc, but overall no one should have to put themselves through something like this on vacation. You personally wouldn't want that either.

We would have at least liked an apology for our situation, or if you had offered to send someone to check immediately then we would have felt taken seriously. Or I would have expected a business owner like you to offer us a discount on the overnight stay. You only offered us villas that were way over the price when we asked. Now I haven't received my €500 deposit back. You told me the reason was that the house was cleaned especially for us and the pool was filled. You suddenly deducted €50 each for check-in and check-out. And then you accused me of not paying the full amount from the start because that was planned. Why should I do something like that to myself and my family? That's an insinuation! You agreed to my payment instructions. €500 when I booked and the rest on arrival. Why were I asked to pay €55 in tourist tax instead of €42, which I paid when I checked in?

As a customer, I have a right to receive holiday accommodation as it should be. If I am exposed to mold or mildew and it makes me and my child gag, then you can't tell me that I have to put up with that as a customer or that I won't get my money back.

I would have liked a statement, but you didn't do so. Unfortunately this public review. It‘s sad it had to come to this! I hope that at least my €500 can fix the problem in the house in Costa Paradiso.

Wir verbrachten als Großfamilie ( 6 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder) in der Villa Alghero von Pierpaolo vom 13.06.-29.06.2022 unseren Urlaub, er empfing uns persönlich mit Gebäck und Getränken, es war gleich eine gute Verbindung zwischen uns. Wir genossen die Zeit, im schönen großen Pool, viele Sonnenliegen, Spielplatz für die Kinder, viel Grünfläche, Außenküche, riesigem Anwesen, jeder hatte seinen eigenen Bereich, Parkplatz, nicht weit zum Meer und in den Ort. Danke Pierpaolo .

ClickSardegna manages some of the most maginficent properties in Sardinia, the Mediterranean's most beautiful island. We had an amazing time in D. Maria's apartment in Alghero. The decoration, views, her hospitality were all top-notch. Highly recommend to entrust your holidays to ClickSardegna.

A fine agosto, grazie al prezioso lavoro e consiglio della bravissima e preziosa host Mercedes Lopez, insieme ad altre due famiglie, abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana nella bellissima villa Mariposa di Santa Maria la Palma, a pochi chilometri dalla meravigliosa Alghero; la location, dotata di ogni comfort (camere comodissime dotate ognuna di bagno interno e arredate con gusto e attenzione ai particolari, ampia zona pranzo bordo piscina con barbecue, doccia e servizi esterni, giardino vasto e ottimamente curato, posizione comodissima a due passi dall’aeroporto dalle spiagge più belle) si è da subito dimostrata strutturata in maniera perfetta per le nostre esigenze, permettendo a noi e ai nostri ragazzi di vivere una vacanza con ogni comodità ed in piacevole relax; ma la ciliegina sulla torta e la cosa che abbiamo gradito di più è stato fare la gradevolissima conoscenza di Mercedes, la quale ha arricchito e impreziosito il nostro soggiorno con tanti suggerimenti e consigli utili, accompagnandoci anche per le vie del borgo storico di Alghero in una piacevolissima passeggiata nella quale abbiamo potuto conoscerla meglio e apprezzare ancora di più la bellissima persona che c’è dietro alla sua figura di donna manager, professione che possiamo affermare Lei svolge in maniera sapiente e con amore e cura verso tutti i suoi clienti! We had a wonderful time!! Thanks ClickSardegna! Villa Dolores is a beautiful Villa with a magnificent swimming pool and a wonderful garden, ideally suited for evenings with friends and for children. Actually the garden is a paradise for children. The house is well equipped und very clean. There is a baby bed and a high chair, a microwave and a washing machine - short everything what we need for us and our two children (3,5 years and 18 months). Pierpaolo and Dolores were very helpful and friendly. Mercedes, the agent, was always available during the rent. The beach nearby is beautiful and you can reach it in few minutes. We will definitely come back and stay there again!

We stayed at Villa Lu Barranch for 6 weeks in summer 2021. The area is very nice and really quiet. It's a 10000 square meter property with olive trees, fig trees, and some other fruits. The pool is very nice. There are two BBQ areas. My kids loved to care for a stray cat which was very nice. We also had a turtle visiting us to get some salad leaves.

The property is remote, a 10 minutes driving from Alghero where you can find everything you need. Acient town of Alghero is beautiful.

The villa is not a modern, stylish thing, but it has everything there what you need in very good shape. If you need something ask Mercedes from Click Sardegna or Antonio the owner and they help you immediately. You don't find this nice behavior very often.

So I can really recommend this place.

Abbiamo prenotato tramite Mercedes villa don carlos ad Alghero, dopo 1 settimana dopo aver pagato ci ha contattati dicendo che non era più disponibile perché il proprietario la voleva ristrutturare. È riuscita a risolvere questa problematica sistemandoci allo stesso prezzo nella fantastica Villa Janas.
Niente da dire casa veramente stupenda, proprietaria molto carina. All’interno c’è il necessario per passare una vacanza fantastica. Bellissimo giardino e tanti confort. Gli unici problemi sono i vicini che pretendono il silenzio assoluto essendo dispersi nelle campagne di Alghero a 2km dalla città.
Il custode è un po’ invadente e prendeva ordini non dalla proprietaria della villa, ma dai vicini. Ci hanno tolti 100€ dalla cauzione per un parasole di un lettino rotto e un gonfiabile bucato(da noi non richiesto) a causa del vento. Tutto sommato i soldi spesi son anche pochi per passare una vacanza del genere. Complimenti soltanto alcune piccolezze da aggiustare.
Torniamo a Modena soddisfatti e con tanti punti in tasca

Mercedes was available to us night and day. Our knowledge of Italian was somewhat of a barrier, so it really helped to have her interact with third parties when we hit dead ends. She also has great connections, and steered us to the better places to go. We interacted with WhatsApp and she shared links and great advice for our trip

Quando si incontrano persone professionali ed amanti del proprio lavoro come Maria Mercedes Lopez. Il risultato del servizio non può che essere eccellente. Quando ogni minimo dettaglio e curato e garantito da un professionista del settore che da anni si impegna a farci migliorare investire ad essere visionari . Le soddisfazioni ed i risultati arrivano. Nonostante pandemie...e intralci che nel percorso di crescita possono trovarsi. I was looking for an apartment for a big group of people in Sardinia and by chance found this page. I picked up the phone and called Maria who was very friendly and commited to finding the right place for us. Her proposals were amazing and finally, after a successless searching on Air BnB and other platforms we found a lovely house in north of Sardinia. Would definitely recommend this to everyone looking for a nice house and friendly, competent service!

Siamo ritornati anche a luglio in una villa gestita da ClickSardegna. Mercedes è una garanzia di successo. La villa è la piscina erano pulitissime, il proprietario molto gentile. Ormai conosciamo Alghero e sappiamo dove andare, ma Mercedes ha organizzato per noi un pranzo in villa a bordo piscina. Non pensavamo ci si potesse divertire tanto. Grazie ancora per un servizio ed una disponibilità che non posso che valutare a 5 stelle.

Esperienza con Mercedes a 5 stelle . Abbiamo affittato tramite lei una villa stupenda ad Alghero che ha rispecchiato tutto quello che ci aveva descritto. Siamo stati seguiti benissimo e inoltre ci ha dato anche consigli per come muoverci ad Alghero . Esperienza meravigliosa .. ciliegina sulla torta la cena con chef in Villa organizzata da Stefano e Domenico del servizio catering Senza Pensieri h24 , tutto impeccabile .
Dovrebbe esserci una Mercedes in ogni località turistica .
