Wir verbrachten als Familie, 6 Erwachsene und 2 kleine Kinder, in der Zeit vom 13.-25. September 2025 einen schönen Urlaub in der Villa Janas Nähe Alghero. Die Villa Janas wird als Charmante Luxusvilla beworben. Die Buchung haben wir über FeWo-Direkt vorgenommen. Verwaltet wir das Haus durch ClickSardegna, einem Professionellen Gastgeber, so auf FeWo-Direkt beschrieben. Die Kommunikation mit ClickSardegna war im Zuge der Buchung und der Anreise zunächst gut. Für 12 Nächte bezahlten wir 8101,42€! Abgesehen davon, dass man bei der Innenausstattung, insbesondere der Ausstattung der Küche und der Duschen nicht von Luxus sprechen kann, ist das Aussengelände mit dem Pool sehr schön und gepflegt. Eine Bewertung der Unterkunft habe ich auf FeWo Direkt veröffentlicht. Leider ist es hier nicht möglich private Bilder zu veröffentlichen, trotz Aufforderung durch FeWo-Direkt Bilder hochzuladen. Der Check-In und Check-Out wird durch eine Mitarbeiterin von ClickSardegna in jeweils ca. 10-15 Minuten vorgenommen.
Achtung, hier sollten zukünftig die Gäste alles genau prüfen und mit Fotos dokumentieren! Denn, vier Tage nach unserem Check-Out und der Abreise, wird uns per E-Mail von ClickSardegna unterstellt, wir hätten während unseres Aufenthaltes 2 Sonnenliegen beschädigt. Zum Beweis sind der E-Mail 2 Bilder beigefügt, die verbogene Rückenlehnen zeigen. In einem ausführlichen Schriftwechsel mit der Geschäftsführerin von ClickSardegna, habe ich diesem Vorwurf der Sachbeschädigung widersprochen. Wir können mit Fotos mit Zeitstempel vom 14.09. und 15.09, die zufällig beim Fotografieren von der Familie entstanden sind, nachweisen, dass diese Beschädigungen bereits bestanden haben. Der gesamte Vorgang wurde auch FeWo-Direkt zur Kenntnis gegeben, mit der Bitte sich für uns einzusetzen.
Nichtsdestotrotz hat ClickSardegna über FeWo-Direkt mein Kreditkartenkonto, auf dem 500.-€ Kaution geblockt waren, 7 Tage nach Abreise mit 313.-€ für eine angebliche Ersatzbeschaffung der 2 Sonnenliegen belastet. Auf mein Schreiben, mit den Fotos die keine 24 Stunden nach unserem Bezug des Hauses entstanden sind, auf denen die Beschädigungen schon zu erkennen sind, wurde weder von ClickSardegna noch von FeWo-Direkt reagiert.
Es ist ein mehr als fragwürdiges Geschäftsgebaren, dem Gast nach dem Check-Out, an dem keine Beanstandungen festgestellt wurden, 4 Tage nach der Abreise Beschädigungen zu unterstellen und hierfür Kostenersatz zu belasten.
Ich habe mir von FeWo Direkt Unterstützung erwartet, zumal Sie auf Ihrer Webseite dafür werben, die Interessen der Kunden zu unterstützen. FeWo-Direkt verlangt für den Buchungsvorgang und die angebliche Kundenbetreuung eine nicht unerhebliche Servicegebühr. Außer einer ID-Nummer zum Vorgang, der sowohl schriftlich wie auch telefonisch geschildert wurde, bekam ich bis heute keinerlei Rückmeldung von FeWo- Direkt. Interessenvertretung und Kundenorientierung sieht anders aus!
Hat dieser Vorgang damit zu tun, dass wir 2 Tage nach der Abreise eine kritische Bewertung auf FeWo-Direkt zur „Luxusvilla“ abgegeben haben? Oder waren wir am 25.September die letzten Gäste dieses Jahr in dieser Unterkunft und müssen jetzt für Schäden aufkommen, die im Laufe der Saison entstanden sind?
Wir werden sicher nicht mehr über FeWo-Direkt und natürlich nie über ClickSardegna buchen.

Nachtrag aufgrund der Antwort von ClickSardegna vom 03.11.2025
ClickSardegna bezieht auf meine schriftliche Reaktion, auf den Vorwurf wir hätten Sonnenliegen beschädigt zu haben.
Hier das Schreiben:
Sehr geehrte Frau Dr.L.
mit Verwunderung und verärgert lese ich Ihre Nachricht. Nein, ich habe kein Verständnis für Ihre Behauptung wir hätten zwei Sonnenliegen beschädigt. Im Gegenteil, während unseres Aufenthaltes sind mir persönlich Mängel an mindestens einer Sonnenliege aufgefallen. Während ich mit meinem schlafenden Enkel im Arm auf der Liege lag, ist das Kopfteil der Liege ohne fremden Einfluss nach unten gekippt. Ich habe mich sehr erschrocken, zumal ich ein 4 Monate altes Kind im Arm hatte. Sollten Sie diese defekte Liege meinen, dann ist festzustellen, dass hier bereits ein Defekt vorlag, den Sie offensichtlich bisher nicht bemerkt haben. Ich und meine Familie haben weder Schäden an einer Sonnenliege noch an sonstigen Gegen-stände verursacht! Dies zu behaupten und im Nachgang unserer Abreise einen Ersatz für 2 Sonnenliegen einzufordern ist nicht gerechtfertigt und unseriös. Es hat eine Abnahme des Hauses mit Frau Claudia im Beisein mit mir meiner Frau und meiner beider Söhne gegeben. Hier gab es seitens Frau Claudia keine Beanstandungen. Das Haus wurde in einwandfreiem Zustand übergeben. (liegt so auch FeWo direkt vor)

We stayed in Antonio and Silvana's amazing villa for two weeks. The entire property was beautiful, with a gorgeous view over the Mediterranean sea. The terrace and the pool were particularly pleasant places to relax and were some of our favourite features of the house.

The property itself aside, one thing that stood out to us was the outstanding kindness of the host. They welcomed us warmly and were always helpful and responsive. Thank you so much to you for going out of your way to make us feel at home. We feel lucky to have had the opportunity to stay in this peaceful villa.

Mercedes was an excellent host, and her apartment at Via Fratelli Kennedy, 54B was perfectly suited for our family of five. The location is ideal, within walking distance of Alghero’s old town. Mercedes was consistently responsive to our questions, providing prompt solutions and thoughtful recommendations on dining and sightseeing. We highly recommend this accommodation—Mercedes is a truly outstanding host.

Great communication from Claudia. We were welcomed at the property despite the late hour. The fridge was stocked with breakfast for the first morning. Claudia gave lots of good advice about the local area and was available to promptly answer any queries during our stay. The property was fabulous as per the website. We had a great holiday and would definitely book with Claudia again.

On our way home from 2 weeks staying at Villa Lucilla near Alghero. A stunning villa in a perfect location, but very poorly managed by ClickSardegna despite the best efforts of the very welcoming and helpful host (Claudia).
The Villa sadly does not have an adequate electricity supply, therefore only one electrical appliance (as in only the kettle, or only the dishwasher, or only the oven, not together) can be used at a time in the evenings. The power supply tripped constantly as a result.
The agency provided no apology or compensation despite having prior knowledge of the situation.
The host did her very best to support us but it was an impossible situation that had a very negative impact on our holiday. This lovely villa is not suitable for rental as it is.
Overall we found the owner of ClickSardegna unhelpful and unprofessional. We would
not recommend this travel agency.

ci siamo affidati a ClickSardegna e a posteriori è stata una scelta eccellente. Questa azienda è specializzata nell'affitto di ville di lusso nel nord della Sardegna e ci ha formito servizio impeccabile e personalizzato, dal primo contatto e fino alla nostra partenza.

Abbiamo avuto la possibilità di scegliere tra un considerevole numero di ville, alcune con piscina riscaldata e immerse nella natura, altre fronte mare curate nei minimi dettagli. In base alle nostre necessità familiari Mercedes ci ha guidati verso una scelta che ci ha soddisfatto pienamente, abbiamo avuto ottimi consigli su esperienze in cantina e spiagge fa visitare, oltre a monumenti e fantastici ristoranti con prezzi onesti e piatti eccellenti!!!

Scegliere una villa quando si è a decine di chilometri di distanza non è mai semplice e il "pacco" è sempre in agguato, facile incontrare persone poco serie o che si dileguano al primo problema, questo a noi non è successo, perché dietro questa azienda ci sono delle persone a cui interessa davvero rendere memorabile l'esperienza degli ospiti e quando torneremo in Sardegna, ci affideremo nuovamente a ClickSardegna.

ClickSardegna è un'agenzia altamente professionale a cui consiglio vivamente di affidarsi. Merçedes è stata brillante in ogni occasione, sempre a disposizione per qualsiasi dubbio o problema. Ormai da qualche anno si occupa della locazione della villa di famiglia facendo un ottimo lavoro, non solo per il locatario ma anche e soprattutto per gli ospiti, assicurando un soggiorno indimenticabile e con tutti i confort.

Superb sea views, Central location to walk to old town and lido seafront in Alghero. Host was very quick to respond to anything we needed and questions we had. We have now booked a number of times with ClickSardinia and have always had very positive experience, start to finish.

When greed & unfairness takes the edge off a lovely place
I initially booked the villa for 4 people and a short time later wanted to add another person. I checked online what the extra cost would have been initially if I had booked for 5 people & it was a total of 30 euros. I was shocked when I was told that I would have to pay an extra 240 euros (an increase of 210 euros). I challenged why and was told extra services and accommodations provided – this reason did not make sense as the only additional cost would have been laundering 2 towels. If that was the real reason, then wouldn’t it apply no matter when you book? Greed was the real reason. They had me over a barrel & they knew it. Interestingly, they would not deduct anything for the guests that didn’t stay for the whole duration – surely it works both ways? I will not be booking any accommodation with this company again. Ironically, it states that the villa is a place to find inner peace, this took a while because of the way that I was treated.
Here are the pros and cons of our stay in ‘Maison du Bonheur’ near Alghero.
Pros
Very spacious downstairs
Beautiful pool area
Lots of cleaning products provided and a good range of crockery, pans & cutlery
BBQ with coal and firelighters & tools provided
Patrizia was very helpful with all of the maintenance issues that we had. She sorted things out very quickly and it was a pleasure dealing with her.

Cons
The 2 upstairs bedrooms have very low ceilings so you are constantly bent over which is uncomfortable
The mattress in the second bedroom was not firm enough & so you roll together
Cleanliness – there was unclean cutlery, crumbs & a broken glass in a cupboard and dead bugs on one of the upstairs bedroom floors
Only one stand up shower which is not enough for 6 people
We had lots of maintenance issues – a metal part of a bedroom door fell down, mattress upstairs was very creaky, patio doors wouldn’t lock, electricity went off due to leak in the fridge, hot water was lukewarm (most of these were fixed during our stay)
The lighting is poor in the upstairs bedrooms
The spiral staircase doesn’t feel very secure
The towels are old and need replacing
Don’t use the car hire company they recommend, they are very expensive
It states in the description that ‘caretaker at the villa’. The caretaker lives in the basement of the villa – I think it’s important that is clear, as we found it a bit strange at first.
I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. The owner has totally lied in this review. We took out all of the garbage and left the villa in very good condition. I even swept the floors before we left.

When I sent an email confirming that I would share my experience with others to help them, the owner accused me of blackmail. I confirmed that it was not my intention at all and everything I have said is factual.

The owner reveals herself in this response. I emailed weeks before to say an extra guest was coming - it's all there in black and white. Shame on you for actually lying wow! Here is a copy of the email below that Mercedes sent on 9th September - we arrived on the 16th. If I was sneaking someone in, how did she know on the 9th September? She is stating that I didn't want to pay, but that is not true. I did not want to pay 7 x more than the original cost if I'd booked an extra person at the beginning. When things don't make sense, there is a negative value driving the behaviour.

I have now decided to describe my problem here after asking for a statement and unfortunately not receiving one. We had a mold or mildew problem in the house in Costa Paradiso. We did not notice this problem when we checked in because the windows were tilted and it was well ventilated. It was only when we closed the windows because of the weather that the smell became extreme and unbearable. This can be worrying.

The situation was not ideal for us, but health and safety is paramount, especially for a professional rental company. We were upset because we were exposed to a musty, rotten smell. We reported this problem as soon as we noticed it. Yes, the problem might not have been solved in our short time. All the other minor problems that I will not mention here were manageable or even solved ad hoc, but overall no one should have to put themselves through something like this on vacation. You personally wouldn't want that either.

We would have at least liked an apology for our situation, or if you had offered to send someone to check immediately then we would have felt taken seriously. Or I would have expected a business owner like you to offer us a discount on the overnight stay. You only offered us villas that were way over the price when we asked. Now I haven't received my €500 deposit back. You told me the reason was that the house was cleaned especially for us and the pool was filled. You suddenly deducted €50 each for check-in and check-out. And then you accused me of not paying the full amount from the start because that was planned. Why should I do something like that to myself and my family? That's an insinuation! You agreed to my payment instructions. €500 when I booked and the rest on arrival. Why were I asked to pay €55 in tourist tax instead of €42, which I paid when I checked in?

As a customer, I have a right to receive holiday accommodation as it should be. If I am exposed to mold or mildew and it makes me and my child gag, then you can't tell me that I have to put up with that as a customer or that I won't get my money back.

I would have liked a statement, but you didn't do so. Unfortunately this public review. It‘s sad it had to come to this! I hope that at least my €500 can fix the problem in the house in Costa Paradiso.

Non posso fare a meno di esprimere la mia gratitudine per la vacanza indimenticabile che ho trascorso nella splendida casa che mi avete fornito, Tutto perfetto, organizzazione al top, siete dei professionisti, super consigliati

Wir verbrachten als Großfamilie ( 6 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder) in der Villa Alghero von Pierpaolo vom 13.06.-29.06.2022 unseren Urlaub, er empfing uns persönlich mit Gebäck und Getränken, es war gleich eine gute Verbindung zwischen uns. Wir genossen die Zeit, im schönen großen Pool, viele Sonnenliegen, Spielplatz für die Kinder, viel Grünfläche, Außenküche, riesigem Anwesen, jeder hatte seinen eigenen Bereich, Parkplatz, nicht weit zum Meer und in den Ort. Danke Pierpaolo .

ClickSardegna manages some of the most maginficent properties in Sardinia, the Mediterranean's most beautiful island. We had an amazing time in D. Maria's apartment in Alghero. The decoration, views, her hospitality were all top-notch. Highly recommend to entrust your holidays to ClickSardegna.
