I've got direct assistance from Marlon - MI - Clickworker Community Support which I found pretty warm, open, helpful and comprehensible.
Soy nueva en la plataforma y considero que la posibilidad de contar con este tipo de apoyo ayuda mucho por la guía que puede representar.
A pesar de que no logré llevar a cabo la tarea de manera efectiva ya que cuando la realicé ya estaba cerrada, doy 5 estrellas porque el apoyo me lo ofrecieron a tiempo.

Han dejado de ser puntuales en el pago
Han dejado de ser puntuales en el pago, tardan demasiado y su equipo de soporte no da explicaciones oportunas. Después de que haces un trabajo, tienes que esperar mínimo mas de 45 días para recibir el pago; y encima de eso a veces tardan mas por problemas internos, de flujo de caja o administrativos.

Dear Euclides, payment timeframes give us the chance to quality check your work and give feedback if necessary. This includes a right to reject fraudulent work, which will then be deducted from the account balance. Payments are usually on time, however, exceptionally there might be some technical issue affecting some accounts. There was an issue in the previous bill runs affecting some users in specific countries this past week, but our Team is working on fixing this and we will make sure all affected users will be included in this week's bill run. We are sorry you were not happy with the support received in this case, our Support Team is trying their best to help our Clickworkers and solve any problems they encounter in a timely manner, but there are some specific cases, like bill run issues, that depend on other teams and can't be fixed by support. Bien para un ingreso extra
El proceso desde que te registras hasta que empiezas a ver las ofertas puede parecer un poco largo pero es importante completarlo lo mejor posible para obtener las mayor cantidad de ofertas que coincidan con tu perfil
Dicho esto, el proceso de registro es bastante intuitivo y es recomendable leer todas las instrucciones. En caso de dudas hay documentación disponible para consultar.
En mi caso particular tuve problemas al vincular mi usuario con mi cuenta de UHRS y el equipo de soporte me resolvió muy rapido.
Si eres paciente y disciplinado estás en un buen lugar para tener algún ingreso extra.

Bueno personalmente me ocurrió que me suspendieron mi cuenta recien me había registrado y estaba explorandola, ingresé el código que me enviaron para activarla y no sé si por error del sistema me volvía a repetir el correo y yo volví a ingresar el código varias veces. Al recibir el correo de ustedes que la cuenta estaba suspendida me han dado todas las explicaciones de lo ocurrido y me han asesorado de inmediato para activarla.

Hace poco más de un mes ingresé. las tareas de la página adicional son usureras, pagan centésimas.
Hice dos trabajos de las cuales apareció el monto de una, de la otra nunca se vio. Reclamé dos veces, sin exito. A pocos días de liberar el pago, Me suspendieron por id. Exigen documentos, también en algunas tareas. Muy insistente con el tema de la documentacion. Mala experiencia en mí opinión lo único que quieren es robar la identidad
