I received my student loan through Climb Credit. The process was easy to understand, and I felt confident and comfortable throughout the loan application process. I love that I am able to pay back my loan in 24 months, interest-free.

This was by far the easiest and quickest loan approval for my schooling , I had applied for a different loan first and had an awful experience , my school suggested this company and I applied in hopes that I would get my approval to start school , thankfully not only was I approved but was very happy with my interest rate. As a single mother I can handle the terms of this loan and couldn't be more satisfied with my experience.

I enrolled in a student loan with Climb Credit in December of 2020, during the enrollment I also set up auto pay, my first payment was due January 14th. The payment never came out of my account and on Jan 20th I received a notice of late payment. It is now Feb 2nd and I have been calling daily attempting to make payments. The customer service reps just tell me I have to go online, they email me a link, which I have followed, and it takes you to a third party site, I created a profile on that site and still cannot make a payment. I have called every day since January 23rd trying to make a payment on my loan and still have not been able to make payment. I have spoken with supervisors, I have emailed, I have called my school, I have tried everything that I know to do and still, I'm unable to make a payment, now as of Feb 2nd I am being charged late fees for having not made payment. This company is a joke, I highly recommend going absolutely anywhere else possible for a loan. The customer service here is a joke.

I couldn’t access my loan statements due to a data migration being conducted by UAS, who is the loan servicer for Climb. This was an urgent request because I am in the process of purchasing a home and needed to provide this documentation. I reached out to Climb support directly to see if there was anything that they could do to help. Both Roy and Bianca swiftly met my urgent request with compassion and I received the documentation I needed. Bianca was particularly instrumental in making sure that the documentation met my underwriter’s requirements. I’m grateful.

I needed immediate financing squared away for a continuing education program. The loan process was simple and FAST! The chat support specialist, Brianna was EXRETEMELY; helpful, fast, patient and polite. She answered my questions practically immediately, had all the answers I needed and got the process completed post haste. I wholeheartedly recommend climb credit for your educational loan needs!

Good chance you wont see this, but if they are bold enough to post on top and for others to see ...I'd rate them a negative 10! Under no circumstances should you apply for a loan with Climb. They are for profit! Not for you! During covid-19 they offered a hole 2 months of no payment relief. Covid wasn't over in 2 months was it? I was completely displaced and needed help, but so did Climb and they needed to get paid. They referred me to a debt collection agency for help lol! Take a 401 hardship, if you have to borrow don't go with climb, go federal or any other route, this one's a dead end!

The process is easy, easy so you can rush right through your decision lol! They make it convenient for a reason people!

Justin was amazing he did everything he could to help me get a loan and get on my way to starting a new career. I could not thank Climb Credit enough.

My wife took out a $10,000 loan. That loan went directly to the school. After some more research she decided to withdraw from the school before it started. The school was having issues sending the 10k back to climb and an automatic payment ended up coming out my wife’s bank for $240. That was all in January. The school finally got the funds sent back in may in the full amount of 10k. It’s been four months and we haven’t seen a reimbursement for that payment. We’ve called 4 or 5 times every time we get told they’ll send a follow up email but nothing comes. Last time talking to them they tried telling my they’ll reimburse of $100-some dollars because they charged us interest on a loan that was never used. We were told we’d get a follow up email. We’ve gotten nothing. This company is fraudulent.
