Order never arrived, no refund, no communication.
The order never arrived. Tracking states it was returned, however the order was never received or returned. There has been no communication / response from the seller for a refund request. This matter remains outstanding.

Danforth Bar Stools – Excellent After-Sales Service
I’m very happy with my purchase of the Clipop Danforth bar stools. They look really stylish, are very comfortable, and look great in my kitchen. The design is modern and elegant, and I actually like them even more in person than I did in the photos. They also feel well made and fit in perfectly with the rest of the space.
One of the stools arrived with a small defect caused during transport, but I contacted customer service and they sorted it out very quickly by sending me a replacement. The service was excellent and the whole process was quick and easy.
Overall, I’m very satisfied with both the Danforth stools and the customer service. I would definitely buy them again.

Contente du produit, reçu en temps et heure, facile de montage.
Le seul bémol c’est sur la qualité, ça se voit que c’est made in china mais bon, on peut pas tout avoir.
J’ai bcp apprécié le fait qu’on puisse choisir la hauteur d’assise ce qui n’est pas toujours le cas et pour ma part c’était le critère premier.

Coiffeuse commandée, livraison rapide et meuble de qualité
J'ai commandé une coiffeuse qui est arrivée assez rapidement.
Les pièces sont bien numérotées ce qui facilite le montage. Elle est très jolie et fonctionnelle. Rien à redire.
