Scam so don’t order nothing , tik tok should not allow this as people are being ripped off including me

ordered these after seeing them on tiktok. tracking link is fake and does not work. no reply to any communication attempts. no wall panels. do not use this site

I ordered wall panels on the 21st august via tiktok shop. Delivery said 3-5 days reviews on the site were good i waited a week with no delivery so i contacted them via the email which says they will respond within 24 hours... no response waited another week and emailed again still no response so had to go through my bank as a fraudulent/scam company.

Only giving a one because there is no zero. Absolute con, no reply to any communication as to delivery. I assume I can forget getting anything from this company

Scammers, placed an order 2 weeks ago as it said delivery within 3 to 5 days. 17 days later no dispatch and totally ignore all emails. Have to go through my bank now to get my money back

We ordered and we have found ourselves in the same predicament as the previous buyers. The Uk fraudulent authority needs to shut down this website with immediate effect.

Ordered well over a week ago and nothing, ive tried emailing them twice but no reply. Scam on TikTok by the look of it, going to contact my bank and hope i can get a charge back through stripe

I bought the panel; it’s been over 20 days and nothing—they haven't sent any delivery tracking notifications. When I checked the website, it said they tried to deliver it but no one was home, yet there was no notice left about the attempt. I’ve sent them several emails with no response; it looks like a scam. They said they’d try to deliver it again in a week—we'll see.

Nothing yet but it was a day or two later I twigged... I had been looking for the slatted acoustic panels on another site from where my daughter purchased some panels for her radio station.. The cost per panel was reasonable but the postage I thought was dear.... That was my lightbulb in the head moment Wallcrafts offered free delivery and when I was placing the order the price dropped at the checkout without a explanatory note??. My initial delivery is the 25th of next week to the 28th so I have a bit to wait.. I hope the two other reviewers get sorted soon I'll be updating one way or another..

⚠️ Be very cautious with Wallcrafts.shop / @wallcraftt1 on TikTok.

I ordered wall panels from Wallcrafts.shop over a month ago and I’m still waiting for my order.

The company is heavily promoted on TikTok, and the profile @wallcraftt1 features what appear to be customer experiences. However, if you look at the comments, TikTok itself displays “This creator limited comment access.”

That means not everyone is able to comment, which makes it difficult to get a genuine picture of customers’ experiences from the comments section.

I’m still waiting for my order after more than a month, so I would strongly recommend doing your own research and exercising caution before ordering from this website.

I also can't find any information about this company across the Internet so I have created this profile of them so others don't get scammed like I did.
