Had a very bad experience with closerx team. I did subscribe for more than 6 months , but when I asked them to cancel they kept charging on my card delaying response. Then they cancelled saying we don't refund subscription.

I bought CloserX on 03/02/2026, and it’s been a really positive experience. The platform does a great job of helping you respond to enquiries faster and turning more leads into booked appointments. What I like most is how smooth the booking flow is and how much time it saves on follow-up/admin. Setup was straightforward, and overall, it feels reliable and built for real-world use. Support has also been helpful when I’ve needed it.

⭐ I Would Give ZERO STARS — If that were an option

If I could give zero stars, I would. This company delivered one of the worst SaaS onboarding experiences I’ve encountered, and I’ve worked in digital marketing and software long enough to recognize serious red flags when I see them.

I signed up as a new user for their $29/month “special.” During onboarding, I joined a Google Meet with Aman. Communication during the call was difficult due to poor audio quality and lack of clarity. Instead of onboarding or a clear platform walkthrough, the call quickly shifted into a high-pressure sales pitch.

Within minutes, I was pushed to upgrade to a $300 package for agent setup. Against my better judgment, I agreed. Immediately after sending payment via a WhatsApp payment link, I was pressured again to upgrade to a $500 package.

The Google Meet disconnected in the middle of the demo, shortly after I clearly stated that my finances were tight and I could not upgrade further. There was a storm at the time, so the disconnection may have been weather-related. However, after that point, communication stopped and there was no follow-up once I declined the additional upgrade.

The very next morning, I contacted the company in writing and stated clearly that I did not want to proceed, that we were not a good fit, and that I wanted:

• My membership canceled immediately
• A refund of the $300 setup fee for services that were never delivered

I explicitly acknowledged that I understood the $29 monthly membership fee was non-refundable. I was not disputing that charge.

What followed is unacceptable.

They refused to refund the $300 for services that were never performed, and they charged my credit card again for another month after I requested cancellation.

To be absolutely clear:

• No agents were built
• No setup work was delivered
• My cancellation request was ignored
• My credit card was charged anyway

Based on my experience, this was not a misunderstanding but billing behavior I found unacceptable.

Based on my experience, I encountered pressure-based upsells, off-platform payment links, and a refusal to refund services that were never delivered. Once I declined further upgrades, communication stopped — but the charges continued.

Do yourself a favor and stay far away.

Buyer beware.

It was an amazing experience working with personal success coaching and his team right from the starting. I purchased white lable account (premium bundle) and I must say everything is top notch. I would recommend each and everyone to checkout there services in order to have a stunning work opportunity in the field of AI.

Have had a great experience with their team. They have offered very fast technical and creative support. I have found them to have great ideas and have been very quick to turn around development and creative projects. We have stepped through the calling software and they have been patient with all of the training aspects. They have offered me personally a wealth of success coaching, and a great path to follow.

Customer service is very good. They will help you with white labeling your own company step by step. The ai agents are top notch.

Working with CloserX has been great. They, especially my Personal Success Coach, has been very responsive, and provides excellent advise and coaching. Their expertise is far greater than others I have worked with in the past. I look forward to working with my team, to grow my business exponentially.

The CloserX support is Fantastic. They are quick and patient. I come with a lot of questions being that I am not techy at all. If I needed a change, they typically would do it in minutes depending on my requests. However, most times it was minutes. Thank you all at CloserX.

It was a pleasure working with the Closerx ai team. They went over and beyond to help me set up my Voice Agency and provided top notch service. I would recommend them to anyone looking to start their AI Agency. I purchased the Premier plan for them and it was well worth it.
