Good experience for now, but ive been paying 3 month without any profit. Thats all on me tho. Giving it 4 stars because of no profit but this ai is easly a 5 star

i love this, it is super simple and wooow!

Had a very bad experience with closerx team. I did subscribe for more than 6 months , but when I asked them to cancel they kept charging on my card delaying response. Then they cancelled saying we don't refund subscription.

I bought CloserX on 03/02/2026, and it’s been a really positive experience. The platform does a great job of helping you respond to enquiries faster and turning more leads into booked appointments. What I like most is how smooth the booking flow is and how much time it saves on follow-up/admin. Setup was straightforward, and overall, it feels reliable and built for real-world use. Support has also been helpful when I’ve needed it.

I requested to cancel my subscription and received confirmation that my cancellation request was submitted (Ticket #39859581). Despite this, CloserX.ai continued charging me for multiple months. I never used the service at all. Support asked for the “reason” instead of actually cancelling. This feels like unauthorized recurring billing. I’m now forced to request a full refund and escalate through my bank. Avoid until they fix their cancellation and refund process.
