Cloudy2Clear Windows - North West (MM) Opiniones 

On the 6th November we had 5 windows installed, all but one have been wet on the inside, and takes nearly all day to clear even when they have been wiped down.
These windows are worse than the ones that were there before.
Somebody from the company came on Tuesday to have a look at them, took some pictures and said that they will get back to me the following day so far Nobody has contacted me and it is now Friday.

I am very pleased with the overall result and workmanship. However if you are going to send workmen into private residences, I would expect that they would come equipped with 1. Coverings to protect carpet and floor coverings in the the immediate vicinity of the windows they are working on. 2. That they be encouraged not to drop debris onto lower down outside roof and glass surfaces below where they are working. 3. That they come equipped with an industrial grade vacuum/hoover to clear up after them. Otherwise Great thank you.

Polite, fast & tidy service

The product themselves is fine, it’s the service we were provided which was lacking. An error on their part led to the wrong window being ordered. This was made out to be our fault, of which it wasn’t. We were charged the price on the invoice (of which they said was a ‘contract’), only to be emailed about 1 month after installation to say we owed more money. The service received has been appalling and I would t use them again

Disappointed that the original guarantee did not extend to the need for this replacement of an original installed by this company.
These were the first tradespeople for a long while not to remove outside boots when walking over carpets.
The displacement of a cistern lid was not reported to me. Litter was left on floor and not removed.

Had a cloudy window for years and finally got around to doing something about it and couldn't be happier. Double glazing replaced in 30 minutes and looks better than ever.
