From start to finish this was a seamless, professional experience. From the person who responded to my enquiry, Stan the young man who came to do the assessment, polite, pleasant well turned out, followed by the fitter, on time completed the job without any problem, even stuck down the furry liner on the front door frame on his way. I considered the charge very reasonable and I now have a much nicer view through my conservatory door, thank you 😊

It was a painless exercise from start to finish very professional attitude by the trades man.

Updated following the company reply:

1. The fitter didn’t arrive half a hour later - he called me a hour later to say he was en route but I’d already left to go to work!
2. They then arranged to come back another time to fit it free of charge, which they did and I’m happy with that. But meanwhile I still wasted half a day waiting for them.

Visited and gave us a quote, planned for installation date and time.
Nobody came, despite me waiting in for 3 hours.
Called their office - no idea why they didn't arrive, will check and call me back.
Nobody called back.
Called them again - told that they would be running late that day, even though they had my phone number and I hadn't been told about it. Said that I was cancelling the order.
Got called half an hour later by the fitter who said he was running late - unfortunately I had already left the house to go to work so nobody in.
Thankfully hadn't paid for the job!

What a great experience. From first contact, actually speaking to someone on the phone, not just pressing buttons to the quality of the install was amazing. Turned up on time, which nowadays is amazing in itself. Took no time to replace the glass and left no mess. The installers were polite and very friendly. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Fast, efficient and fairley priced

Can’t fault the price or the guys who fitted the windows. Such a pleasure to look out of my back window as had been cloudy for quite some time. Would highly recommend this company to replace the glass rather than the whole window frame.

I have used the company before and had excellent service so did not hesitate to use them again. Not disappointed Very pleased to recommend.

The rep came on time measured the window replacements and agreed a price and gave me a fitting day via his office. On the day of install two lads turned up at the right time. Very friendly and chatty. Carried the work out in under 30 mins. Took a card payment and left. Windows are great will use again for sure
